So it looks like Summer is finally on the way out. I'm currently planning on holding games at my place again starting the weekend after Halloween. God forbid our scene gets too big with all these games out/coming out and it gets too crowded then we can resort back to UAT.

Friday would be cool, I'm not sure if I can make it, but having a night before the Saturday tourney to get real game experience would be helpful for those who are interested.

From the looks of FB it looks like ya'll didn't get to go to UAT either yesterday......... Just a reminder that Keith's Euphoria tourney is this coming up Saturday the 4th of October, I'll be there with some character that I'll have to whip up this week sometime, probably just Margaret or Adachi. Furthermore, it seems like Mayonakamidnight.com kinda died, I'm not sure if they just didn't want to renew the domain, or if it's going to come back soon. I suppose it really wasn't doing much of anything anyways, but I'll keep checking for another week or so.

For Sunday, as I mentioned before, we have it for games again. I'm told we have it all day, and by that I guess they mean anytime after 1PM, so I'll try to be there a little after 2. I gotta wait for Sanic to have happy hour so I can get a drink to tide me over till dinner.

Playing House of the Dead on a controller while trying to fight looks hard.

He doesn't bug me as much as top tier characters in other games do. Aside from the shortcomings of Akatsuki and Chaos, I think this game is one of the most balanced games out atm.

So I don't know why these games we play can't allow us to save recordings in versus play. CLEARLY they have the ability to do so since you have the option on netplay games, but local? NOPE. I'd like to watch them sometimes to see how I fucked up combos that I think should have worked. I learned a few things though about UNIEL, not only GRD breaking someone on assault but also counter-hitting them removes the assault penalty, this also goes for any charged air move regardless if it's normal hit or not. And I've finally found something about this game that bugs me, it had to happen eventually, but I found out that throws don't actually put you in counter-hit state, so baiting them with un-throwable moves just got a LOT worse.

GGs ya'lls, and GG to Triumph of the Hordes, so top tier in EDH. Oh and GG to Justin IWEXS cancelling fireball to dodge laser super. Advance warning to ya'll, we have UAT this next Sunday the 21st, I'll put up a time when I know, but it's probably 2PM again.

Will says that UNIEL is up at TGZ right now. I'm gonna go for about an hour before I have to leave.

Yeah I'll stop by for a bit, hopefully the tourney ends quick so I we can play UNIEL early before I have to leave.

Looks like UAT is booked for this weekend, so if anyone wants to get a few games in at my place Sunday then let's do that. We can do early afternoon for those of you who need to be up early the next day.

I really hope this game doesn't have framerate issues on PS3, I'll probably hold out till the English version and see what people are saying about the differences in the PS3 and 4 versions.
