Here's some stuff that we have confirmed (or semi-confirmed) so far 236S - Blue fireball, hits once and can be controlled left/right 236H - Flame fireball, hits 3 times, can be controlled left/right 2P - Standard 2P. Dunno much about it f.S - A kick that might look like it goes over lows. Decent range. Special cancellable Machabo was doing it a lot into 214K c.S - We don't much about it besides being jump cancellable on hit :v 5H - Hits twice, first hit is mid, 2nd is overhead. (could be a 6K too *shrug* idk though) 2H - A launcher move. Kicks upwards. FAB used it in combos after RC to combo into 623[k]4 2D - Does a split. We don't anything about it besides knocking down 623[k]4 - Sits cross legged during the charge, then kicks upwards when released. Wall bounces. FAB was doing it in combos 214K - A kick special, has a blue flair. Safe approach tool, unsafe upclose however. j.214K - A flying kick that goes upwards first (doesn't hit on the way up) hits on the way down. You can control it's trajectory. Looks like decent movement tool Here are some stuff that still need confirmation -

If someone ever takes the time do this can we get gif format like this? perhaps with frame counts? It'll help create context for certain hitboxes, since looking at screenshots(individual frames) wouldn't do them justice.

Remember, the dude said he wasn't suggesting new moves. Here's my contribution. Axl Low: 5P/2P/j.6P/6K/2S/j.S/2H/Sparrowhawk Stance: Remove hurtboxes from the chains. How does hitting someones 10 foot long chain and hurting them work?! 2P: 2P>f.S doesn't work point blank, even though it did in +R. Needs a fix. 5K: reduce startup by 1f. +1 on block. 2K: Reduce hurtbox. 6K: More untech time, like maybe 5f extra so you can connect with j.6P when they're too far out. 5H: Launch on CH. It worked that way in +R 2H: 2H>2D gatling added. It worked that way in +R 214P/K: Increased YRC window, and make him combo out of them. Solid reads deserve more than just a KD. 236S: Yes, Add PRC to the DP. It was already bad enough before they nerfed it from 30f to 35f recovery. smh Rensen~8: improve hitbox, this move has so many dead zones it's nuts. 214214S: Projectile invul. This super is so useless, giving it projectile invul would make it 20% more useful. Axl Bomber: Make it ground OK. Having to input 6239 and 6321473 is too complicated. I agree with the Faust changes. If anything, nerf 5K (it makes me cry)
