thank you in fact he can see from the small space between the two part. We made it so he can see enough to walk around without to much trouble it's hard to imagine without wearing the helmet though

I don't know how to explain properly in english but I will try my best ! I use something like hard polystyrene with a long metallic bar inside. Here is a picture : After that I recovered it with papier-mâché ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papier-m%C3%A2ch%C3%A9 ) then I painted it that's all ! It's not heavy at all expect when you try to get it horizontally with one hand otherwise it was not a big dill
