To be able to reach grand finals with Chaos means you are really good lol. ive noticed that you are using his 5bb, it must be a really good move for chaos. i have the bad habit of using 2C, which gets beaten pretty often, cuz its slow. i should use 5bb more often. and was it a casual tournament?

-Ive spend so many hours in the lab trying to understand the match-up and see where i can punish her. -Most of the time you have to respect her blockstrings :/ -Chaos has to rely on knockdown Vortex game to win the match-up. :l -her divine trust are hard to block with shield on reaction :l --A version is safe even with blue shield --B version can be punish with blue shield -> 236C super (nothing else works) --I didnt test the Charged version, cuz i didnt know she had one. -using 6C against Divine Trust means you need to have good reads, cuz that move is really really fast. ive tried on reaction, its not worth it. -i need to find a way to catch her ridiculous backdash that covers a lot of distance... even Chaos has a slow walk speed i think ill test if rolling actually is better than dashing when she backdashes. -playing lame can make the player become impatient and do unsafe stuff, so i have to pay attention to that. Anyone found an application with UNIEL frame data?

so ive tried the 22b oki set-up. it seems like they can just Throw you and beat the set up :l

6C is cancellable on whiff? what?! O_o eugh...im gonna try that tommorow. Btw anyone knows how to deal with Orie vs Chaos Match-up? im having a rough time. since her moves are really good and has good range...i cant punish most of her moves with Chaos cuz of lack of range and her pressure game is just too good.

I played a lot of games against a carmine player. not sure if this will help but... all i have to say is. If you played KOF before...youll probably be able to beat him. - you have to respect his pressure, since his set-ups can lead into a free combo. so don't let your Guard down and play super lame/safe if you have to. you can also use guard trust (counter assault) to break his pressure game. - using Azhi is really risky in this match-up because it gets beaten often by the projectiles and set-ups - when he does a jump-in attack Shield it and punish him for doing so. but careful with his gimmicks he can fake his jump-in by doing Assault > jump charged C. and look out for set-ups that activates during the pressure - oh and look out for those backdashes also, try to read them and dont let them backdash as much as they want with dem Fireballs - look where the ponds are placed also! it will help a lot if you want to use your B+C command to get in without getting hit by Carmine projectiles.

manu's name on dustloop is ThatFreeDudeOnBlazblue Lul. and new patch is horrible lol. RIP Hakumen Kishu combos. its going to be hard getting used to that. it seems like everyone is getting hit by the nerf bat and their adding new characters that look really strong on top of that...

Thats some good stuff! oh and sometimes when doing j.b j.2c. it changes chaos position. which can be really helpful when starting combos in a corner.

Dat free 2.5k damage into oki. Lol Im kind of sad that doing 2a 2b 2c 236a 22b b+c doesnt cross-under them you can block on the same direction. But doing 2a 2b 2c 5cc b+c and then press any normals actually does. Oh and one tip 5cc on block cannot be chained into another normal. So if you want to be safe just do 5c whiff 5a or cancel it into 623a, which is + on block, or b+c. Im gonna try that combo lul. True..neutral game is hard since chaos doesnt have good normals..he has to rely on azhi, and wihout..its just free pressure. When I picked chaos, I knew one thing I had to learn...and thats blocking, if you dont know how to block and shield in this game, you will have a rough time with chaos and you get rewarded for blocking properly.
