It's the first option under System Settings in Options, should say ゲームインストール. Offers up a yes/no "do you want to do this?" defaulting to no.

That's held B teleport. Held A teleport is the command grab counter, held C teleport is the BNB slash through we all know and love.

The hop at 0:12 just looks like Seth's air backdash. 44. Regarding 6C I guess there this: Still only works less than half the time for me because I'm fucking bad I guess. When I do get it, I never get the j.214A to come out after the j.236B because I always hit the fucking ground first after placing the orb. So you have to do it late AND fast?

What double jump combos? The official system mechanics guide video does explicitly state (unless translator got it wrong, I guess) that you can only jump cancel once per combo.

It's fully invulnerable no matter how long you hold it for, but punishable on block all the same.

Yeah, getting GRD broken during Vorpal immediately takes you out of Vorpal. You can see it happen in the first round of the first match here about 40 seconds in via Veil Off hit. You can't use concentrate, assault, any shields, or guard thrust/cancel during GRD break either. It's really terrible. Yeah, it says 全キャラクター (all character).

Are you guys still going to leave the old movelist images up there? The IW EXS input/info isn't even correct anymore... I tried replacing Seth's with a cap of the updated one from the official website but my image text ended up fuzzy (sorry!) every time I converted from a PNG cap to JPG , so I didn't continue doing it and the wiki didn't let me replace the existing JPG with a PNG. I have no idea how bell got such a clean JPG... -
The problem is that the green pushblock (Guard Shield) costs a flat 10 meter every time you do it, while the regular Shield just drains your meter slowly when you hold it (in fact you effectively steal GRD from your opponent every time you successfully shield). Just gotta watch out for what ShardZ said about blocking the wrong way or getting thrown. In fact, you can't tech throws while shielding, so that's guaranteed damage+GRD break! EDIT: Made a mistake.

Yeah, Skullgirls also came out in Japanese arcades recently, which is what the "Waiting at the Arcade in Japan!" message was for. No idea if people are actually playing it.

If you get grid broken for blocking a move wrong, and most (all?) ground moves are air unblockable, does that mean if you attempt to do an air shield guard expecting your opponent to also jump and do an air normal, you are guaranteed to have your GRD broken on contact?
