  1. Just play Akira. But, seriously, my biggest complaint with this game is the netcode. My connection is pretty average, but this is one of the worst netcodes I've experienced in a while. Anything below 4 bars lags to a point where doing basic combos or even cancelling from normals to specials becomes annoyingly incosistent. 4 bars themselves are decent at best. A majority of my matches have just been terrible in that regard.
  2. No tutorial mode. This trend in these fighters is more common than it probably should be. I know you can generally look up the information online, but it seems so jarring (and lazy) to not include a primer to teach new players about your game in the game. Particularly when your game is a brand new IP.
  3. I pre-ordered my copy of vanilla, because I'm 100% I wouldn't have been able to find it otherwise. I'll likely be the only person picking it up from my GS lol
  4. The console version of Ignition should be version 2.10, right? It'd be pretty awkward for the game to immediately be an outdated version upon release.

  6. How strong are resets in this game and how does they effect the game overall? Is there a lot of guessing games going from the moment when a player gets opened up? I've heard that resets are a really prevalent part of this game and their nature make it so that you are essentially playing RPS - in a matter of speaking - every time you get hit to try to not get to death. I don't know if that sounds like something I'd like.. On that note, do people generally go for resets as opposed to knockdowns in this game?

I can't imagine why the release went from Summer to Winter, but hopefully the localization ends up being really good.
  9. The changes sounds really fucking good, honestly. We haven't even gotten vanilla in NA and I'm already looking forward to IGNITION more! As for the new characters, Qwenthur looks like one of the most interesting characters yet. Emi can turns into Nanase, so that's cool I guess. I hope they go into the character specific changes soon.

  13. Can someone tell me if this combo 6D > j.D (whiff) > 5B > 5C > 5D(1) > 214B >> delay 214D > 5B > 5C > jc j.B > j.C > j.214C > 5C > 5D > 214A >> 214D Is character specific? I've tried on the entire cast and I have not been able to get it to work on Azrael, Amane, Ragna, Makoto, Taokaka, Litchi, Tager, Izayoi, Noel, Carl, Rachel, Valk, or Bang. On each character, the problem is that the j.214C does not connect with their hitbox, with the exception of Tager, who techs instantly after it brings him to the ground. It could just be my poor execution, so I'm wondering. Also, if this combo is character specific, what would be the most optimal and universal combo from 6D starter to use as an alternative?
