Just play Akira. But, seriously, my biggest complaint with this game is the netcode. My connection is pretty average, but this is one of the worst netcodes I've experienced in a while. Anything below 4 bars lags to a point where doing basic combos or even cancelling from normals to specials becomes annoyingly incosistent. 4 bars themselves are decent at best. A majority of my matches have just been terrible in that regard. -

No tutorial mode. This trend in these fighters is more common than it probably should be. I know you can generally look up the information online, but it seems so jarring (and lazy) to not include a primer to teach new players about your game in the game. Particularly when your game is a brand new IP. -

The console version of Ignition should be version 2.10, right? It'd be pretty awkward for the game to immediately be an outdated version upon release. -

How strong are resets in this game and how does they effect the game overall? Is there a lot of guessing games going from the moment when a player gets opened up? I've heard that resets are a really prevalent part of this game and their nature make it so that you are essentially playing RPS - in a matter of speaking - every time you get hit to try to not get to death. I don't know if that sounds like something I'd like.. On that note, do people generally go for resets as opposed to knockdowns in this game? -

The changes sounds really fucking good, honestly. We haven't even gotten vanilla in NA and I'm already looking forward to IGNITION more! As for the new characters, Qwenthur looks like one of the most interesting characters yet. Emi can turns into Nanase, so that's cool I guess. I hope they go into the character specific changes soon. -

Can someone tell me if this combo 6D > j.D (whiff) > 5B > 5C > 5D(1) > 214B >> delay 214D > 5B > 5C > jc j.B > j.C > j.214C > 5C > 5D > 214A >> 214D Is character specific? I've tried on the entire cast and I have not been able to get it to work on Azrael, Amane, Ragna, Makoto, Taokaka, Litchi, Tager, Izayoi, Noel, Carl, Rachel, Valk, or Bang. On each character, the problem is that the j.214C does not connect with their hitbox, with the exception of Tager, who techs instantly after it brings him to the ground. It could just be my poor execution, so I'm wondering. Also, if this combo is character specific, what would be the most optimal and universal combo from 6D starter to use as an alternative?

I'm having some trouble with combos like: 5B > 6A > 6D > 214B >> delay 214D > 5C > hjc j.B > j.C > j.D > jc j.214C > 5B > 5D > 623D >> 236C >> 214D 5B > 5C > 214A >> 214D RC > dash 5B > 5C > jc j.214B >> delay 214D > 5C > jc j.B > j.C > j.214C > 5C > 5D > 623D >> 236C >> 214D My problem is with the j.214C in both. It seems like sometimes the dummy will hit the ground and tech immediately, and other times they'll bounce and allow me to continue the combo. Any idea why this might be happening?

Random inquiry: What does Bullet excel in or do in BBCPE? Or, rather, for what reason would one play Bullet from a purely gameplay perspective? From what I understand, Bullet is a character who struggles in neutral because of her lack of mobility or tools to efficiently control space. So, with that said, I was wondering if Bullet possessed any particular traits to offset those weaknesses; like having a strong pressure or mixup game, or having high-damage output in general? Just curious.

A localization would be more likely to entice people to buy the game, though. If importing or buying a JPN version is the only option, it will definitely hurt the potential playerbase, I feel. -

I genuinely hope we get this game in the States, but I can't say I'm holding my breath, either. I always forget how frustrating the whole politics of Japanese fighting game localization is. And there is no way this game is only going to have four stages by completion. Not even with the lowest budget would any fighting game have the gall to do something that jarring. -
But seriously, was shit this wild when CSEX came out? I wasn't apart of the scene at that point, but much of the complaints I remember seeing then almost mirror exactly what I'm seeing now. I really hope all this 'controversy' doesn't end up stifling this game - or any future iterations - playerbase or longevity. I really like this series.

Could somebody, like, hook me up with a brief overview for Miyuki? I don't know anything about her except the fact that she's the cutest girl in the game, but I'm definitely interested in what her playstyle is like, pros/cons, her strength in relation to other characters, etc. -

I mean, I don't really see the big deal? Although, the "proper grammer version" appeals to me more than all caps, because it looks "neater", but I don't really see how it matters either way?
