In the corner when I have trained them not to mash IAD J.S<J.K<C.S<5D works wonders in corner pressure for myself. I don't know if it's good but I hit that mix up at least once a match.

I use 5k into 6hs often and when spaced right its very useful. Just don't do it point blank so if they have a fast enough normal it won't reach and 6hs counters equal big damage as we all know..

Also bdcing is helpful which i suck at..

After blocked 2k i tended to IAD js,jk or 5k,6hs.. These 2 option help me rest pressure often and also help me hide my dandy steps better.. Also 2k dandy yrc is great! Im no expert but these improved my slayer a lot.

Most of the time i lost the guessing game which made me mad bc i don't feel like i should be this afraid of him on his wakeup.. My question is how can i feel in control but be smart and safe?

It's not the being thrown i have a probably with it's the fear of being thrown when im baiting a dp. For example i noticed he would dp often. Probably about 60% but he wouldn't just enough to where i was unsure how to react.. It was like he was in control on my knock down.. So i started doing p dandy into an empty under pressure to bait dp which works but once he caught on he wouldn't dp and wake up and throw.. So then i started adding it's late again to punish it.. What's frustrating was we got into this scenario where i was guessing on if i should add its late or not.

I'm having trouble baiting sol's reversal.. My first GG so it may be common knowledge but i feel like i have to stand there and give up my 50/50s.. The only thing that kind of worked was p dandy under pressure block on knock down but then im open begging to be thrown.. How do maintain control?

Does anyone else have trouble against Elphelt? I feel like her neutral is just to amazing against ours.. I'm still new and have lots to learn but I'm not new to fighters and i can't remember that last time i felt so helpless..

Will the game have a HK release? I couldn't find it if so..

Yeah but that knowledge is only obvious if you have been playing the game.. As i stated in an earlier post im new to the series and character which is why I'm asking more experienced players so im not ignorant to my defensive options and how i should deal with setups outside the obvious wake up and block..

Only thing is i don't own a xbox or gaming computer.. Strictly ps3 and ps4 right now but thanks for trying to help.. I will just grind hard on plus R for now. I played azrael in BB so while i know the games and characters are very different the core style of gameplay i like is there, plus he looks so damn cool! Lol

To be safe i will have to reread through the forums to make sure i practice the relevant links.. I wish i had access to reload since i keep reading that's the versions he is closest too. So is the games meta it seems..

Hello i was looking for some pointers with this character.. I'm new to the GG series and would like to make xrd my primar fg focus when it drops and will be maining slayer.. I currently have plus R and was wonder what i should be practicing to prepare for xrd slayer.. I have much to learn and would like to get started with what i can.. Sorry if this is the wrong area for this kind of question..
