Dloop Dizzy players need to step it up on the feed back if they really wish to help eachother out. a man shouldn't have vids up for this long with out comments.... GGXXAC - Desuu [VE] vs Lucia [DI] - CWR2 2k8- runaway game was good. Remember to be patient when blocking VE though. I only saw you use the K Spiral more often then S. don’t forget the S Spiral has uses too. If they block it you sally get a free TK bubble. Your Fish pressure could use some more work as well. Also, VE’s 6P is really good. Avoid dashing at him without cover so much. Throw mix ups in the corner were real good though, nice. GGXXAC - Loki [ZA] vs Lucia [DI] - CWR2 2k8- it would have been nice to see a combo after that Ice Spike FRC but good recovery with the fish set up. The bubble loop attempts in the corner were good to see as well. GGXXAC - Armies - Part 4 - CWR2 2k8- for the most part you defense was pretty decent. Just remember to respect Millia’s Oki games. Dizzy’s back dash sucks so just FD. Don’t let Millia throw you after she whiffs her super… kill the bitch please. I noticed that you like to do another jump after 2D>TK Bubble set ups and go for j.2S. Why not try for 2k sometimes for more mix up? Great comeback at the end by the way! GGXXAC - Armies - Part 5 - CWR2 2k8- you air dash x2 set up in the corner is nice. But it might be better to forgo the 6P combo and end it with a KD. Also try to combo off of a CH ice spike in to a KD. You can still get the same fish setup that you went for. Eddie match was well played just remember to avoid using spirals too much. The drills will get you. GGXXAC - Armies - Part 6 - CWR2 2k8- IMO if you know your spacing with Dizzy Pot is a pretty simple match up, as long as you keep him off you that is. You did that vary well.

as an Order-Sol player i would advise you to poke with 5K instead of 2K. 2K=CH Fafnir.... do not dry summon on order sol. that would also me a CH Fafnir.

oh i see what you are saying now. I've never played the Arcade Version, so i am not sure. but, the Beat Encyclopedia is the Frame Data book for the Arcade version. and it dosn't list J.2S as having throw invincability. but i havn't played the Arcade. so again i've never confirmed it. so i see what your saying now.

I am not sure about what you trying to say..... but, i was playing the US Version of AC when throwing Dizzy's j.2S and the Encyclopedia covers the JP Arcade Version. so.... i guess that Dizzy's J.2S is NOT thrown invicable in the US Console and JP Arcade Versions of AC? i am confused.....

well, hmm.... i may not play against the best players in the country, but i still have been thrown out of j.2S. i also own the GGXXAC Break Encyclopedia (plus the Japanese skills to read it). before i posted i read the Encyclopedia to see if it had throw invincibility. Book says no. then i poped in my copy of AC and tried to throw Dizzy's j.2S. I throw it. you have to be slightly above Dizzy to do it though. be happy who ever you play dosn't know that though.

no, it is throwable. it's just harder to air throw since Dizzy's hit box moves up a bit. this puts dizzy higher then her opponent.

last time i talked to you i think you said that you hadn't played in a long time. and thats the only real issue i see in the vids so far. you just missed alot of combos that could have net you the Win. that Slayer player really liked the S Dandy. throw his ass next time and teach him to stop that! you recked his face in match 2 so i was happy with that. the Ino match was interesting to watch. it went back and forth alot. you had good reaction to AA with f.S and i like your use of the K Spiral (steals). but again exicution was a big problem and cost you the Win. i am sure now that your season has started that'll change. i can't wait for more vids.

exicution is the only idea i can think of. f.S is a lv3 move so if your just a little too slow with the Ice Spike then it won't combo. same with 5K -> 5HS.

it is in Dizzy's advantage. she players the range game better. but you still have to play smart to win. -careful with Dry summons. -Axl wiffing a move=Dead Axl. -Projectiles own counters. -DO NOT JUMP without tension!!!

Dash break is more effective with charaters that have a longer "skid" in their dash like with Axl. i find that you don't really need to Dash Break with Dizzy. dash stop and throw isfast enough for her.

anyway i think we all can agree that we all have differnet ideas about this match up. but that dosn't really matter. we looked at teh Slayer match up closly and have covered it. lets move on to others shall we. also i'd like to apologize to Karum and nehle if anything isaid in my last post was over the line.

Karum: you played Dizzy for a month then quit. you have no room in this convo. yes i have played vary good Slayers. and i am going to still disagree with you. 1.the great part about Dizzy is she dosn't need to tension to do combos. so Slayer gaining tension faster dosn't really matter. also you should be trying to force him in the air by controlling the ground with projectiles. if he stays on the groundyou get free block strings. if he's in the air then theres not much of a tension gain. 2. Slayer is forced to be on the defensive in this match. if you make a two mistake yes he'll kill you. but it's pretty simple to play safe in this match. yes he can us Mappa to get across the screan. learn TK bubble air dash back and j.S. he'll stop that shit quick or he'll be dead. 3. Dizzy will hit slayer more often the Slayer will her. that is because Dizzy has more options to punish Slayers Offense then he dose on her. Slayers strong points are his mix-up and damage. his biggest flaws are his mobility and he has huge gaps in his pressre that are punisable by any character. Dizzy's range makes this punisment easier. Dizzy has all the tools to punish Slayers offence. D Step with 5K, It's Late with 5K or c.S/5P, j.HS with j.S, 2HS with Dash Throw, Blocking BBU, 6K with 2HS, and many others. if you don't know how to punish Slayer thats your fault and not Dizzy's. learn to fight the match up before you can judge it. 4. Slayers Oki is fucking scary! his normals are better then Dizzy's but you shouldn't be trying to out poke him. you should be trying to punish his mix-ups or running away. and Dizzy's whole game is run away then rush, run away then rush. it is a good thing to run away. yes the slayers i've played are good. you haveno right to insult them just because i disagree with you. the fact that you fear Slayers Oki less then his poke game proves that you have no room to talk about who i play. excelence's comparison the the Slayer Vs. Dizzy match up dose in fact remind me of the Chipp Vs. Dizzy match up from #R. every one thought Dizzy had that match up one. except Poon the best Dizzy player in the nation at the time found out that if the Chipp player played the match up right, Chipp would win hands down. it's just like this match up. if you play this match up right you'll see that Slayer is not that hard.

Slayer can Kill Dizzy in to combos. possibly one but if Slayer gets to keep 100% tension then your playing the match wrong to begin with. Dizzy can kill slayer in 2~3 combos and is more likly to hit Slayer then he is her. Slayers normals may be better then Dizzy's, but he has little to no way to get around her range game. he also has trouble keeping up with her Speed. this may come as a shocker to so but Dizzy is a Speed type of character. if you play Dizzy right Slayer should spend most the match hopping around hoping to get near Dizzy. besides Pot Slayer is one of Dizzy's easiest matches IMO.

learning what Dizzy can and cannot dash over i think is key to playing her. i miss the days of dashing over Grand Viper....

when some one picks Slayer agaisn't me i smile. the match up is in Dizzy's Favor. ihavn't lost to a Slayer yet. and i've played some good ones. random note: Dizzy can dash over slayers 2K and 2HS!

2K will work. but it's less on reaction and more poking with it. he'll tend to BBU into it alot. make him learn that BBU is not a godsend like Slayer would like to beleave.
