I recently got a gem pad. I find the dpad a little stiff. 236236 and 214214 motions don't seem to come out very reliably for me. I don't know if it's the pad or just a practice issue. Get a Sega Saturn controller. The dpad is really light and accurate.

Hello Everyone I've been playing fight games casually for 20 years. Mainly Soul Calibur and a bit of Street Fighter. A few months ago I decided to be a bit more focused in my approach to fight games. I went to my first tournament a couple of months ago. It was Soul Calibur 5 and I got bodied. I'm really liking P4AU at the moment, I haven't been this excited by a fight game since Soul Calibur. I went to my first tournament a couple of months ago (Soul Calibur at the Heart of Gaming). I had a lot of fun, I would like to do it again. I've just started playing P4A, so I do not expect to win anything, but I'm definitely up for coming.
