  1. Anything into j.S j.D IAD j.S j.H is your bnb, usually you can go into it with 5S 2H (close and far ranged S both work, but far ranged might make your 2H whiff depending on your spacing). You can also go into it with 2K 5S 2H or 2P 5S or 2S If you think they are going to be too low for your first j.S, then add in a rising j.K., or you can simply omit the first j.S. and go straight to j.D IAD = Instant Air Dash, inputting 9 and 66 very quickly (essentially a jump cancel and an air dash after) Personally I would just practice (2K) 5S 2H j.S j.D IAD j.S j.H until you get a feel for things. The main thing to understand is that most moves, when red roman cancelled, can allow you to run up 2H into your air combo (j.S j.D IAD j.S j.H) Also worth noting that anti-air counterhit close 5H, 5K and 5P will also allow you to confirm into your air combo.

  4. If you think 2D is going to whiff, then just do 2K -> 5S -> 2D. Knockdown. Although when I manage to squeeze out a 2K when I'm being pressured and it hits, you can actually just go into your air bnb. It's kind of a balancing factor that Millia can't get clean confirms too often, otherwise the character may be broken
  5. There's a certain timing where you can input the instant air dash. For me, I try to see my j.D come out before inputting the IAD so basically from the air dust, you input 2369 66 into the j.S
  6. are you using stick or pad? It's significantly easier on stick than pad, for sure. Best advice i can give you is to not be afraid of inputting the inputs too quickly, be as fast as possible (there are sound cues to let you know if u got it or not)
  7. try 5S 2H j.SD IADF j.SH(1) pin 66 2H j,SD IADF j.SH this one requires no delay but u will need to jump cancel your launcher asap, IAD quick and throw your pin asap. not sure how much damage difference, will have to check. ---- anyone know a dust combo that is air untechable/does a proper knockdown? or is this impossible due to the height
