Funny you should say that, because I thought it was the other way around :S From what I've seen, XRD has become a ghost town in the past few weeks in terms of EU players myself, which is partly why I don't play it any more.

What are the most annoying playstyles?
Dark__Divider replied to ViolaSorel's topic in BlazBlue Gameplay
People that mash constantly. I'm often pitted against respectful folk, so frame-traps aren't always on my mind in a match. -
Ada can easily be interrupted though. What's the advantage of hiding behind her? It really doesn't have any real benefit at all as far as I'm aware :S When I see same set-ups that work, I blame the defender for not stopping it, but when I see someone do it after it doesn't work, it's like "dude, it isn't working. Please, do something different. Adapt".

Do you prefer the English or Japanese voices?
Dark__Divider replied to Grimsley-San's topic in Zepp Museum
English is almost always better I think. The only bad English voice I've heard recently is SOL's from XRD. Japanese voices are obviously more suitable for games like Arcana Heart though. -

Beating a player a couple times, then get get accused of having zero skill for spamming. Like, if spamming works on you, you're a poor player. If it works, I'm sure as hell gonna use it :P If it doesn't, then I'll treat you as a decent player and actually try. Also those Stylish players. I don't have much respect for a lad pushing one button over and over.

Pretty much what Myoro said. You probably can't help comparing yourself to other players, that much I think is unavoidable, but you should also compare yourself to your past self so that you see how you've improved. You'll have matches and think "I should have done that there", and maybe next time you'll remember and you WILL do that there. Also, use the character that's the most fun to use. If you're not having fun, chances are you won't learn anything because the passion and drive to win just isn't there. Maxamillion Dood has a video which pretty much says these same kinda things.

May try that to get some matches then Frost, though quite recently I was unable to connect with someone who had the a software copy (mine is the disc), so I'm a little concerned about that tbh :/

My pet peeves are basically anyone complaining about anything other than lag and basically calling it "unfair", like we have to follow their special rules or something. People complain about spamming, yet spamming only works on poor players. People complain about throws and mix-ups, but a good player will see the patterns. I myself have trouble avoiding DPs, but that's my problem, something I have to learn to defend against.

Wow, that is pretty sad, complaining about things you can train yourself to see coming and avoid :/ Did he complain about any moves in particular, or just in general?

That was me, Hearts, although I pick every character for fun rather than to prove a point like some may think I do. Hope that isn't a problem :/
