  1. I don't know, but he's been blessed by THE HORO WALL and gummies Now everyboby in this thread must perform THE HORO STRETCH
  2. Would be a good opportunity to buy a Japanese 360. :p I personally like the PS3 a lot more, but been playing more games on the 360 the past couple of months.
  3. Nice stuff. I will add it after I come home from work (or maybe during lunch if I can find time...). Thanks for that!
  4. I sacrifice my Horo Wall to summon the Egyptian God Card
  5. Jeff and Erick - Let's play F/UC imo
  6. Arcana is the bestest, and Pozer is the bestest Arcana player in Ameri... Scrublands. I was looking forward to playing Senko no Ronde D.U.O instead of IT IS TIME TO LOVE MEN at the end of the month, but it got delayed... d'oh! I guess I will play Ibuki and see if I like SSF4 any better.
  7. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news... but release date has just been pushed back to May 20. Rumor has it that Microsoft rejected couple of things during the final review before master-up, and that G.rev also found some problems with the netcode's lobby system.
  8. The Horo Wall is even stronger than the Strongest Ryu.
  9. What's your gamertag, etc. ? I will add you to the first post.
  10. D.U.O has partner units (assists). The console version will also have something called Commander Mode, in which the player will play as the assist unit and give orders to the main unit. I will put up more of what I already know once I stop being lazy.
  11. Alzarath be thuggin Who is who? It's a mystery... P.S. Think of the Horo Wall
  12. This is an all-encompassing thread for Senko no Ronde Dis-United Order (DUO), the danmaku versus shooter sequel by G.rev currently active in arcade and soon to be available for Xbox 360 on May 20, 2010 (Japan only). A: It's yet to be determined. We will see once the game is out. Q: Will DUO get a release outside Japan? A: None planned as of now. Q: Is Cuilan a girl? A: No. Q: How do I play this game? Where can I get started? A: Play the first version of the game, Senko no Ronde Rev. X (Marketed internationally as 'Wartech: Senko no Ronde'), readily available for Xbox 360 in the U.S. and Europe. English tutorial for Senko no Ronde Rev. X courtesy of dai jou bu on Shmups Forum. *For stick users, note that the buttons cannot be mapped to a true arcade style due to lack of the A (Action) button in the console version of Rev. X. Q: Does fighting game skills translate in this game? A: Other than the mind-game element, no. The game is far closer to danmaku-style STG. Some equate it to a bird's-eye-view Virtual On. -- I will try to add more contents in upcoming weeks, and would appreciate all help and tips, but let's start off by listing XBL gamer tags of those who have access to a Japanese 360 and will be interested in playing the game once it drops. If you don't have access to a Japanese 360 but still interested in the game, please go ahead and tell us your gamer tag as well, since there is still slight possibility that the game might work for 360 of other regions as well. 13. Isn't the easy throw combo more like this?: Throw > 5DD > 6DD > 2DD > bsj.DD > dj.2DD > 214D EDIT: Nevermind... no need to super jump in most cases.
  14. I just noticed something. If you are trying to perform TK Crescent Saber, your motion needs to stop at 7 (2147D) or you will get j.D instead. However, when performing the TK Crescent Saber Feint, you can end your motion at 8 (21478C+D) and still get the move. I tried experimenting around a bit: and found out that on the ground, pressing C+D could either result in 5C or 5D - while in the air, j.C seems to completely override j.D. What does this all add up to in practical sense? Not much, other than that knowing that your TK motion needs to be precise for the Crescent Saber, while not so much for the Feint. I just figured I would share.
  15. I haven't touched the wiki cus IkarugaDC (a Texas AH2 arcade player) is apparently in charge of Fiona section
  16. Just to show that I wasn't trying to be a ass or anything, some basic AH2 Fiona combos: 2A > 2C > 6HC > 5B > 4C > j.A > j.B > JC > j.B > J.E 2A > 2C > 6HC > 5B > 4C > 623B > 623A+B 2A > 2C > 6HC > 5B > 4C > 623B > 6HC > 5B > 4C > j.A > j.B > JC > j.B > J.E These might already be up on the wiki. There are many other Arcana-specific ones as well.
  17. Actually, lags shouldn't affect most characters' bnb at all. The game doesn't lag as long as you're simly performing BNB (for most chars), and even random lag are so miniscule to the point where they are almost irrelevant. Also, the reason your Fiona combo is not working is because she can't do the old bnb in AH2.
  18. With all due respect, a up-to-date console port coming out just 6 weeks after the latest patch being released is really good. I don't see what there is to complain at all.
  19. Just tell people that Cathy = Sagat + Gief. She got dem Tiger Shots and lariat. All she is missing is a uppercut, but Heart covers that with perhaps the most broken dp's ever in fighting games.
  20. Swap Magic isn't much effort, really. And I myself bought both the Japanese and American releases for AHF! but don't think the game sold much at all over here. Andamiro had a chance to spread AH2 in the U.S. arcades but they're bunch of morons so had no idea how to promote or distribute the game properly and the whole thing resulted in a big failure.
  21. 3.5 weeks left until console release. Huuuuuuuuuuuuu.
  22. Changes for all characters I haven't added changes for Arcanas yet, but will do that sometime tomorrow.
  23. No prob. As you saw on SRK... I don't play Mei-fang so I couldn't give detailed insight on her. I could answer questions for about half the cast, but the only characters I play in tourneys for AH1 are Maori and Fiona. I played good amount of Konoha and Kamui too, but not too seriously.
  24. O shi... I guess I wasn't the only one that bought the Tougeki DVD this year for Arcana. I was a bit disappointed with it, personally, but a great tourney overall. Gen-chan's earth combos with Clarice were sick, lol. Check out the wiki at guardcrush. A lot of them are outdated, but good enough to start out. Post up on the AH1 thread on SRK for specific questions.
