632146S FRC (66?) xN Also, all of these are mostly not necessary considering..couldn't you just do any higher stun normal and rc it into (66?) any other normal-RC etc.? I'm pretty sure chipp could have inescapable lockdown with something like 6HS RC 66 6HS RC, and I'm sure everyone else has something similar. -
Needs more work!

Very nice DW. I loved the FRC-ariffic blockstring on Eddie into TK Bomber->Death :3 Also the 63214S (I don't know move names >:O!) FRC Impossible dust was hot shit. Some very creative stuff in there <3
-
Chipp doesn't need combos because his attacks are so fast and his abare is so good. Just use his high defense and offense to score mondo pointage on the opponent. My chipp is so good now I know I'm better than kensou

I haven't really tested it, but I think he means at the end of the (air) alpha blade during the landing animation. When I'm playing Trevor, I'll always try to throw-punish his whiffed alphas, but I'll always end up yo-yo setting instead.
-
Well...there's a few moves in there. But what you're seeing in the entire combo is c.S, 5HS, 236P->RC, 6HS. What you're seeing at the opening of the Gamechariot match is an impossible dust: http://www.dustloop.com/ggac/tech/id.html To be exact, the combo is: 5D-IAD (Instant air dash: http://www.dustloop.com/ggac/tech/iad.html)-j.K-(land)-6HS-j.P-j.K-j.S-j.C(jump cancel)-j.K-j.K-j.S-j.C-j.S-j.HS(2) If you're confused about what those mean: http://www.dustloop.com/ggac/data/conv.html

I tested it on everyone just now and couldn't find any glitches with SBing anyone else's IKs. I tested jumping into and SBing the instant kills as well as SBing them on the ground, as SBing Chipp's IK on the ground won't cause the glitch to occur.
-
Thanks for reminding me, I forgot to mention that. If you land a non-blocked hit on chipp at all it will erase all of his clones.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_4gu5_8-94 A glitch we found a few days ago in Guilty Gear XX Accent Core. When you jump into and slashback the upper fireballs of Chipp's instant kill, it causes the fire star to remain in the background. If you initiate another instant kill in Training mode, you will create a "ghost copy" of your character. The Instant Kill also no longer has a hitbox. You can create quite a few copies before the screen can no longer fit any sprites, at which point Gamma Blade will not appear on the screen, nor will it have a hitbox. The copies will not have any hitboxes, but they will mimic your sprite. FRC and RC rings will not appear around them. Hitting Chipp (can't be blocked) will erase all of his clones. Yey~

Here, these videos are far better. Though admittedly, I seem to have been a bit out of it. I have a hard-on for Roger Get and KSMH in these vids. Heads up: In my match vs. Tantin, I dodge Dead On Time twice; once with MAMKM and once with Starship. However, the coolness factor of that is reduced by various idiocies; a glaring example being a 2S counterhit into KSMH (read: aforementioned hard-on). EDIT(+3 fancy points for color): I'm pretty sure I try to do Roger Rush FB twice when i don't have enough tension in the match, leading to genius 5D Okizeme. I really need to learn to read the bars better. Koogy destroyed me but he gave me a banana after so it was all good >:3 He was trying to help me out a bit; I heard he also taught you, Jais http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4oOODsMeAQ $1 MM vs. BuckleMyShoe (IN) (+) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfVHd9A_FdU $1 MM vs. Koogy (SL) (-, lol) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdr8K53HRV4 Round Robin match vs. BuckleMyShoe (IN) (+) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLD2gD9ajXI RR vs. Koogy (SL) (-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4tHItG8Jsg RR vs. Tantin (SL) (+) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3paL9543Hn4 vs. Trev (CH) (+) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQM6h91148w vs. Spirit Juice (SO) (-) Oh, and I'm officially switching to Potemkin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbzJ52MyhKE

Yeah, Baiken's tricky to fight against. But I thought this was written from the perspective of the characters. (AFAIK Baiken's not too tricky to play as)
-
Agreed I don't really see Bridget being a standard character (^--- Though if this list is pre-Accent Core, I could see the argument making a little more sense, though I'd say yo-yo glitching being essential at higher levels would change him to "tricky") I don't see how Order Sol is speed I fail to see how Baiken is so "tricky" I fail to see how Testament is "hard" to play I really fail to see how Slayer is "Very hard" to play. etc. etc. But maybe it's just me.

Yomi refers to foresight. You generally "yomi" something if you guessed at what action the opponent would take and took an action beforehand as opposed to actually reacting real-time. As an example, if you used a slow anti-air against an opponent, hoping they would go for an air dash, and they do, then you "yomi'd" your slow anti-air. I don't know the strict definition, but that's my understanding of it.

You're welcome

You can with 6FRC6 or 4FRC4, but for now I'd just stick with non-FRC'd TK'd alpha blade. :o
-
It depends on the attack as you said, but you're pretty much guaranteed a lot of things off a succesful slashback, considering it lowers Guard Stun to 2 frames IIRC. That basically means from the end of those two frames until the opponent recovers, if you can get any attack active, you can do whatever with it :o~
-
That's because you're inputting 2369P, make sure you only roll to 6.
-
Definitely. I didn't mention it in my post, but I guess I was thinking that if you think you'll finish the character off through a throw, try just adding in the 3 extra hits off of a down slash or low kick rather than a gamma blade... as you might hesitate one frame to many to get that successful gamma blade in. I personally think the tech throw loop is worth it... but yar. I've been punishing myself with the gamma blade timing and I usually get it off without whiffing it (took a lot of practice though @-@). The reward seems to be worth the effort, but yar, its not meant to be your only knockdown option, just another that you can add to your repertoire.
-
Gamma blade after a throw has a very tight window for execution. The best application for it is to begin a tech throw loop, as the extra damage you're getting off of only a gamma blade and a 4 hit gatling isn't really worth it at all as the character is OTG. If you whiff it you can eat a combo, so be sure that it will connect if you use it. My best advice is to practice it A LOT before using it while playing with others. Just remember if you're going to be using this technique, you're giving up knockdown, so make sure you can tech throw loop as otherwise you'll lose knockdown for crap damage. From my experience, I've only encountered one or two times when the gamma blade into a simple 6 hit combo would finish off the player. Usually if I notice it will I'm too excited and always think I'll whiff the gamma blade, so I end up just using the knockdown. Point is, I have yet to actually use the crap damage version over the tech trap version. Yar.

There's a reason Bridget is bottom-tier. It means he's one of the worst characters in the game. I don't doubt that. But to say he deserves his own crap tier is pretty exaggerated, IMO. There's a reason he's alongside Johnny & Anji instead of being below them. He may not have the Abare & Damage that they have, but he has far better zoning & movement, which counts for something.

Oh god not that video x___x' I did ok in Singles (tied for 13th, 2 wins 2 losses), but I did so terribly in teams. Thanks for the advice though! The night before the team matches, I spent a few hours playing Digital Watches. At the time I only knew the Chipp match-up, & the thing I had the most luck with versus him was 6S, so that just kind of stuck with me the next day and fucked me up real bad, heh. I do still have some Robo-Ky problems, thanks for the MU advice :3 Here's a more recent video of me in a casual versus mah BF: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7BzyNx90jk And one in a small San Jose tourney: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6661501487852427548&hl=en <----I go for j.D a little too much and I drop my CH 2S combo like a jillion times, but other than that, I'd appreciate any & all input
