OK, I know it may be Kagura who is asking in that picture, but at this point of Plot twists in Central Fiction I am too afraid to ask it.

Just to ask, did we just related Noel as Amaterasu because of the arcade endings? If so, what if Amaterasu isn't Noel and Nine want everyone to destroy her since she has the Kusanagi? Yes, I know that she lost the power, but I don't think it is impossible to her for recover that same power. Noel always has been aimed as powerful, think about it: the Calamity Trigger, her abilities with ars magus, our little Kusanagi (brainwashed by ), later she learn how to turn Mu-12. Despite Ragna being the powerful one and a wild card, Noel really does have a power to end (or at least wipe out) some of this threats, maybe that's why Izanami and Nine are targeting her to kill

Actually, I never saw Rachel that pissed before, it is a little creepy when you try to imagine.

And what about Azrael and Tsubaki? Both want to kill Ragna.

It obviously gonna happen, since Nine gathered all Nox Nyctoress and Izanami is quite dealing with Relius about her identity right now. However, at this moment, some people will try to kill Noel, while some others to kill Ragna, but no idea about the rest of the cast. The only thing that I want to expect in Act 3 was why Izanami gave a piece of Azure for everyone who defeated her. Most of them.

True about act 3 being the last piece before Story mode, but who said he needs to answer all our questions? Plus I am quite starting to think there won't have much story left to Story mode tell us, with everything that already have been set up. Maybe only Es, Naoto and Amane will have longer issues to show in the console release. True Noel being the victim doesn't mean anything, it could be self-defense. It is a Sankishin, and why couldn't it attack those who harm the unit? Not confirming it will be a boss, but just about the fact we can't just mark True Noel as not being a boss yet.

The thing is, CF's story so far is very much based on sets of individual stories, there doesn't seem to be the same kind of banding together that exists in CP/earlier games, so I'm not sure that each thread would really benefit from ending at the same fight. That said there are plenty of unanswered questions still present in what we've seen so far, I just can't see any strong contenders for a single boss character even been implied so far (True Noel is the only one I can see close to it, but I still think that causes way more questions than it answers if that ends up being the act 3 boss) Plus, it would have shown something during act 3 preview, which didn't show anything "new". Also as MLSTRM said, the Truel Noel being the boss, causes more questions than answers since between the three main characters (Ragna, Jin and Noel) only Jin would want to destroy the Master Unit itself. The other two would bluntly refuse, because Ragna has Issues with Izanami yet, and Noel... well, kinda obvious, don't you think? And you can create a huge list with who wouldn't destroy it and why. Since the only ones that we can see why would destroy the Unit could be Jin, Relius, Izanami and maybe Hazama. Heck, even Terumi doesn't want anymore, because he wants to use the True Noel as a new vessel. It is true that may sound anti climatic and lame the third boss being the characters itselves following their own route, but who said Mori can't add more characters within this situation? Sure it may not be the Act Boss, but it is something.

Many people think there won't be a new character the Act III boss, instead, it will be people fighting each other to have their wishes granted.

IIRC, Terumi was observing himself to not be killed instantly by Time Killer, but he needs a vessel to not die, also he has something like a week to do so, and his Act II ending show that he wants to use the True Noel as a vessel this time. But then, I see this: Unless Arcade endings don't mix up, why would Terumi want Hazama as a vessel again, since Terumi wants the Master Unit for himself?

It sounds more like "the Embryo did it", because analyzing about Terumi powers, he copied back the Susano'o back, he always had the Ouroboros, since Nine's Mind Eater, and his host were Kazuma, which was destroyed later. Hazama worked as a substitute for the first body. If we consider he got a new chain in each time loop it would explain better why Hazana has a lot of chains in his Astral. But it keeps bugging me, since I don't remember Hazama using Ouroboros in the story after Trinity's materialization.

Does it have any CG showing Haz using Ouroboros? Despite how it shows in gameplay the fact he has it, he got them from Terumi. Unless each one kept one chain to each other, since the JP translation of this Nox is called Snake Pair: Ouroboros.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't most of the powers that Hazama has was conceded by Terumi? If it is correct then, could it mean Hazama will be kinda, powerless, in the story itself?

I guess it is yes and no. Naoto was mentioned before that he is from a different timeline, which makes him "chronologically" way older than Ragna, if you compare Valk and Relius ages before and now, however, biologically, his body seems to be younger, like Axiomatic and heavymetalmixer said.

I understand what you mean by that, however it can have some hint later in the act III opening...But this about everyone fight each other is a pretty solid theory, and doesn't have many flaws as True Noel or the Black Beast, relying us for wait the console release to see how this will end.

As much as agree with you about betting all your money in Black Beast, it is kinda unfitting if it is the final boss, plus unless Terumi fuses with Noel to create it, which, yet he wants and refuses to recreate it, which can end in Ragna's death if he fuses or dies. So, Unless Mori goes crazy into this and, somehow, creates a Black Beast by another way. It seems that the main pieces are set, however, the main ideas about what can happen, in my point of view, has big contradictions and, mainly, about the act III boss. 1- If the final boss is the Black Beast, in the main concept, Ragna will die, contradicting with all the story until now. Rachel saying he still having a part to play yet, Tsubaki needing to kill him, even saving Saya (if this still possible) 2- If the final boss is the True Noel/Amaterasu Unit, it is quite plausible, because many people wants to destroy it and conceive their wishes, or end this madness, but it wouldn't make sense or two from the three main protagonists (Ragna, Noel and Jin), would be against about destroying it. 3- Mori will create another character to fill the spot.

Mori, Mori... What are you preparing to us for the act III boss? Somehow, I imagine there will be a giant boss like Takemizukachi, however the Amaterasu itself, but it has so many flaws if that happen, I am really starting to think Nine and Izanami will take the lead for final bosses in arcade mode...

Look, until we don't have enough information, we can't state or affirm this fight will really happen, Es even can end as a NPC, like Jubei and Raquel at this current moment, also this can't be confirmed too because we don't know yet what or who will be the last boss from arcade, since the two main threats already were bosses (Nine and Izanami) and it is really unlikely for them become a boss again. Another thing is about only Naoto saw her, (maybe) implying that her role can not be chained to the main story, or only with Naoto Story.

Unless you consider Watashi being Nine and Imouto being Celica...

So, recently (like now) I was reading the Library in Chronophantasma Extend and, after reading some profiles from the characters, I wonder, how Izanami would destroy the Master Unit, since the game mentions this in Mu-12 profile's: "Mu-No.12-, the only entity able to destroy the Master Unit..." Any guesses?

I think it is better safe to say that Noel, Nu and Lambda are copies from a copy.

Hey, I faintly remember something, the first cutscene from CS, that experiment involving the Boundary (or a Cauldron). If I am not wrong, Noel was around outside that place. What if that Noel is the True Noel who was severy wounded and put inside the Unit? I don't have proof to prove it, but this can quite piece together. Another thing that I remembered was in CP, where Nu and Noel were in that white place. What if both of them are representations of the True Noel and, if that's true, Saya is directly involved into it being a replica from the one inside the Master Unit, attaching with one more motive about why Izanami would want to destroy the Unit. EDIT: A little more here... In the end of CP during Ragna and Nu conversation, Nu state that Noel was smelted once during a material of the Black Beast, mentioning also that Terumi wanted to fuse with Noel, but we don't know why... ... Something is not right... After writing this I noticed: Nu and Ragna have a Life-Link so does Hazama and Noel... A Murakumo and an Azure Grimoire... Does it have some relation about their life-links matching like this or is it just a coincidence?

Possibly. I believe Izanami more or less wants to mentally break Ragna, making him lose control of the Azure and turn him into a monster. In a way, he dies as a monster instead of a human. Short answer: I don't think so. Brace yourselves, a long post is coming () Long answer: Let us take an inventory through some evidence first. I'm sure Izanami has her own plans for sending everyone after True Noel, but I think some of that brother talk is genuine. Izanami: The state of "nothing"...That is my one and only desire. What I want to call attention to is the fact of how Izanami repeatedly attempts Ragna to join her side. Terumi believes Saya's attachment has transferred to Izanami due to Izanami not fusing completely or becoming too fused. Azrael Act 2: Quote Izanami: Form a pact with me. Work for me, defeat the entitled and release the Embryo...If you are willing to be my accomplice in god killing, as a reward I'll give "death" one day. Notice something, Izanami has made several pacts with characters so far, such as with Terumi, Relius, and Azrael and in all of these she has a notion that it will end one day ("expire") and she'll grant death to them at that time. However, notice how Izanami offers Ragna a pact to be her servant forever. That seems more than just an offer of convenience and we've seen Izanami's plans haven't gone FUBAR at all, as she actually option selected Rachel into protecting Amatarasu rather than everyone else with Tsukoyomi. Its not like she really needs Ragna for her goals, since she has Za Warudo and the only credible threat to her Muel. She doesn't need Ragna. At first it doesn't go well, but Izanami leaves the offer on the table for later thinking it a minor inconveience. When they meet again, she's actually upset Ragna won't accept her offer, then she triggers Black Beast mode via Nu. Then Izanami creates the embryo and talks about higher level being stuff with Rachel but then Izanami says something that contradicts what've seen from her: "The state of "nothing" That is my one and only desire." That is a complete contradiction to what we've seen of her yearning for Ragna. What gives? In my perspective, it appears that Izanami and Saya aren't completely either individual but rather a mix of both, feeling each other's desries. Izanami states how she feels her VESSELS wishes, indicating that they still have separate consciousness to an extent. Nevertheless, as Terumi mentioned earlier, the plans didn't need Ragna anymore, yet Izanami continued to sway him to her side, using that psychological attack of his sister still being present. But what if it isn't a trick, and is actually the truth? I don't know where to draw the line between Izanami and Saya but it strikes me that this discrepancy in her words and actions isn't a contradiciton but a subtle handing off of the "front" and "back" like how Hazama described the relationship between himself and Terumi in Terumi's CP arcade. See also the CS novels where they sort of "tag out" instantaneously. What if, after Terumi's mind rape, Saya yearned for the world just like how Nu does? They are closely related so its not so far fetched. I mean, look at how Noel went Godslayer mode in CS. Thus, Saya is present and working with Izanami since they both desire the world and everything to cease existing. Yet there is one caveat: Ragna. Despite it contradicting her goal (why would she care if she didn't desire anything and wants the world to end). It seems that Saya's affection is enough for her to lose sight of the goal and actually get Izanami to help her as well to try to get Ragna. End of the day, Izanami' priority is entropy of everything though, thus it seems she treats Saya's desires more like hormones rather than her own desires. Notice how Izanami, once rejected by Ragna again, shifts to referring to Ranga as the Black Beast rather than her brother. It seems there is something more subtle going on with her than we think popularly. Likewise, it didn't seem to me like she planned to turn him into a Black Beast at least in CP, but rather it was happenstance since as derpy as Mu is now, she can still slay gods since she is a Kusanagi. Additionally, Izanami states how she wants Azrael to just defeat all the entitled, which Ragna was confirmed by Rachel to not be one of. And then Izanami got Ragna to shank her so he could realize who his "true enemy was". In summation, Izanami has had some contradictory actions with her goals when Ragna is involved and she treats him differently from anyone else. She refers to the existence of the Black Beast as separate from Ragna's existence even if it him turning into it, and states she wants Ragna as a servant. Specifically she offers special pact terms to him that subtly indicate her bias toward him compared to him, as she does not stipulate she'll award him death like all her other pact-mates. I conjecture that there is some funny business going on between Saya and Izanami's relationship due to discrepancy, but it could also be a result of localization errors or bad writing (or sublte foreshadowing). Her dialogue also seems to suggest she actually dislikes the Black Beast and finds it funny that Take Mikazuchi could be useful to her, indicating that they never were a core part of her plan. So no, Madness4455, it seems like there is more going on then Izanami wanting Ragna to become a Black Beast. Don't worry, sir, at least I got a pleasuring read. My, my who could say this fusion can be a little, "twisted". In my point of view, after reading everything, sounded like Izanami has perfect control at the body, but not everytime. It seems like Saya takes place somewhere whetever Ragna is mentioned of confronted, meaning there still some hope about saving Saya and/or defeating Izanami. Ragna seems the only suited person to do so.
