I was thinking about it... it is weird seeing her CG in the story mode but the character isn't yet fully implemented... Maybe she can be story-exclusive playable until she gets release? Like what happened to Juri and Urien in SFV? I know Arc is not from doing this, but it doesn't make much sense seeing a character that we know she will be crucial, or at least important, at the factor "Protect Noel" and not being playable yet.

I just want to understand how the hell the Mad Dog escaped again! Kokonoe trapped him in CP and in CF he came back out of nowhere. I like really much the character, but how he escaped again if his new prison is stronger than the previous?

Honestly, I think Nine will be involved too, along Celica. I mean, both are already dead and were brought back, while the former will probably be killed with her "Masterplan" stuff, while the latter since, well, she has just some time to live, even if Amane extended her life time.

Also, does her release will be immediately after the game release?

But Bedman wouldn't bring everyone back IF he achieved doing his Absolute World? IIRC, he said something in these lines to Axl in Rev story, so, probably, her sister will follow his steps. And yes, they have equal power, but I guess his sister was a little more... unstable, I guess, since Bedman said that his sister didn't even saw their mother's face. I was sad when I heard his story and later got deeply betrayed, but I don't think people will let her do their version of Absolute World, so, it is kinda sad, but I really don't think he will have his good ending, plus, I have less hopes due to what happened to him in Revelator story. But what do you think she will do to bring him back?
