If you're not too high, I'm sure she can still combo off AA CH 2C. Not 100% certain, and no good Rachel would want to use it as AA anyway, so that's not a big deal.

Minor corrections: You don't need to IB to punish 5B -> j.2C if you see it coming. Just don't get baited~ She CAN combo from CH 2C and get knockdown off it. So be careful of that.

You actually can do frog combo on Noel, but you need an extra wind stock: 5BD 5CDC 214A 5B 236A etc.. Works on Jin/Ragna also btw (you can do 3C instead of 5B on them)

If you don't have rods out you could do this 632146C 236A 4D 632146C sj.8D j.2DC 214A 3C (1/2 hits) 236A 4D *frog hits* 22A 6C At least 10k there, requires 4 wind for the whole thing though. If you want you can end the combo after the frog w/ 3c/j.2C for less dmg/wind conservation. You can also start this off ch 6b if you're close enough.

If Noel likes to attempt 3c in neutral situations, 2a/2b/5b can beat it. Try not to do 236a in strings too often, 5d will own you if she sees it.
