you don't need to learn every char in a game to improve yourself as a player. after you've played long enough you'll have a solid grasp of what everyone can/cannot do. just focus on ragna for now imo. I won't be coming to cf at all for a while probably =/ busy busy~ and ssf4 drops soon!

I almost never airdash hotaru anymore, I ran that when ppl didnt know better =P the first time a ragna 6a'd me out of it, I was like "ok I'm done with that, lolz". as for loloverhead: dash -> tsubaki or jump-in/airdash j.a/b -> delayed tsubaki are when you'll see it most. it has no invul so if you think its coming just stick a poke out and you'll prolly win lol.

airdash/falling hotaru would lose to 6a. be careful w/ ad back -> gh, haku can just empty jump and counter on reaction. ragna in general doesnt feel difficult, fairly close in terms of dmg and I have the tools to keep him out.

yea 6a can beat it. I'm dead if I whiff, lol.

generally I use it as grab bait or in air-to-air when I feel ppl are gonna push buttons. I dont really feel you can bait a move like that ;o if its blocked I'm just gonna jump away~ I know some moves (ragna 6a for example, or hazama's gashoukyaku) can beat it...

I assume this is ct you're asking about. If the opp neutral techs they really can't do anything but block; summon a pumpkin and pressure as usual.
