  1. Izayoi seems super-free to Growler. Sonic Sabers mean free Phalanx so use Growler at your own leisure. If she uses the A version and she runs up for a followup, you can Growler again and the followup will either pass through or be beaten out completely if she's close enough. If she uses the D version and she follows up with a Morrigan/I-no dash you can continue with your Growler and most, if not all, of her followups off of the dash will either whiff or be blocked by guard point. Justice Phorizer, despite looking like a projectile, is a physical hit so it cannot be absorbed by Growler, but you can always Sentinel, Scud, or even Astral right through it if close enough. Izayoi's teleports, which some people will eventually resort to since you can pretty much tank her effortlessly, can be easily reacted to, even by mashing 5BB. If you hit her during her teleport recovery it's a free counter hit. In short, I'm certain this matchup is heavily in Azrael's favor. No scare.
  2. Nope. No Talim substitutes here. I'll tell you right off the bat though that if you play Natsu, Viola, Pyrrha, Siegfried, Nightmare, Mitsurugi, Maxi, or Astaroth, people (read: scrubs) WILL hate you. Xiba is also pretty disliked as well.
  3. First Soul Calibur: Lost Connection, now this.
  4. Just found a new blank song with the music glitch after downloading the 5th Alter Memory DLC: CP's arcade intro theme.
  5. P4A's OST wasn't released until the console version came out, so it should be the same with P4AU.
  6. Hopefully they improve the netcode and the godawful art style. IGAU 1 in terms of netcode was a step up from MK9 but still ass.
  7. Yes it's a parody, like TopTierTactics.
  8. This game is such an embarrassment to the Soul Calibur name. Just hurry up with SC6, Bamco. You fucked up. HARD.
  9. It honestly depends on the character. If both VAs are good for a certain character I'll switch up preferences every now and then. Here are my preferences for BlazBlue Ragna: English Jin: English Noel/Nu/Mu: English Rachel: Both Taokaka: ENGLISH Tager: ENGLISH Litchi: English Arakune: Both Bang: Both in CT, English in CS, Japanese in CP Carl: English Hakumen: Both Tsubaki: Both Hazama/Terumi: Japanese in CS, Both in CP Makoto: English Valkenhayn: English Platinum: ENGLISH Relius: Both Amane: English Bullet: Both Azrael: Both Kagura: ENGLISH Kokonoe: English Persona is a different case, it's an Atlus localization so I am automatically inclined to go with English due to their casting choices being mostly spot-on.
  10. Special guest is Mitsuhiro Ichiki, voice actor of Hibiki Kohaku.
  11. Hopefully Writhe in Pain and Existence are in the setlist this time.
  12. "Error Code: '1098'" lol Bamco
  13. Can't wait for I-no style True Story IK for Rise.
  14. Loving Abridged!Relius already. "I honestly stopped counting after 5. Their names are of little importance."
  15. There is actually a way to select those songs through a glitch that only works online, though it requires that you have at least one of the music/stage DLC packs. Here are the steps. 1. When selecting your stage and BGM in either a Player or an Online Lobby match, go to BGM and hit L1 to go to the Extra BGM, then hit L1 again to go back to CP BGM. 2. Depending on certain factors which are unknown at this time, you should be highlighting either a blank song name or SIX-HEROES. I ended up getting SIX-HEROES highlighted so I will assume at least a few others will get the same result as well. 3. Hitting left once with SIX-HEROES highlighted will change the BGM to Rebellion II. With Rebellion II highlighted, hit left 22 times, and you will highlight a blank slot. You have now highlighted explorator, the menu theme. From here, you can continue scrolling left to select more normally-unusable songs, including the full version of Bang!Bang!BigBang! and even Bang's old FRKZ theme. Here is the list of blank songs as they appear in the list. You will encounter some already-selectable songs in between, which I have marked as an "x" label to indicate a breaking point until you get to the next blank songs. 1. explorator 2. Proof of the Warrior (Character Select) 3. White Nights (Title Screen) 4. Blue sanction 5. Drive Qualia (Console Version Ending Theme) x (next blank song is after Fatal Judge) 6. Bang!Bang!BigBang! (FRKZ version) 7. Bang!Bang!BigBang! (Full version) x (next blank song is after Sector7) 8. OMAENO TETTSUINI KUGIWO UTE!! 9. OMAENO TETTSUINI KUGIWO UTE!! (FRKZ version) x (next blank song is after Nightmare Fiction II) 10. Lobby Theme (Rebellion with Arcade SFX) x (next blank song is after Gluttony Fang II) 11. Remaining (Continue Theme, does not loop) After this, you will end up back at Rebellion II, at which point you will end up continuously highlighting Rebellion II until you hit Lust SIN II and then you will hit a few more blank songs. Do not select these, as it will cause the game to freeze.
  16. The list of blank slot songs is finished. After getting back to Rebellion II it continues highlighting Rebellion II until hitting Lust SIN II. Every blank slot after this makes the game freeze.
  17. US version.
  18. Do you have all the stage/music DLC? I have all four, highlighted AUTO, switched back and forth, and it gave me SIX-HEROES. I hit left once and it gave me Rebellion II. After scrolling left a little bit more, I hit left again on the first blank slot I came across and it gave me White Nights. I just tested how many times you have to hit left in order to get to the blank songs. You have to hit left 21 times after Rebellion II first shows up to get the first blank slot. I selected this first blank song and I got Explorator, the main menu theme. The one to the left of Explorator is White Nights, I believe, EDIT: Here is the order. AUTO (switch) Rebellion (switch back) SIX-HEROES (left) Rebellion II (left x21 for first blank slot) Blank slots are as follows, going left after each one: 1. explorator 2. Proof of the Warrior 3. White Nights 4. Blue Sanction (Game Size Version) 5. Drive Qualia -Wisdom of the Past, Hope for the Future- THE HIGHLANDER Fatal Judge 6. Bang!Bang!BigBang! -Justice Will Prevail! The Hero has Come!- (Short version) 7. Bang!Bang!BigBang! -Justice Will Prevail! The Hero has Come!- (Full version) SIX-HEROES Sector7 8. OMAENO TETTSUINI KUGIWO UTE!! -Single Cut Edit- 9. OMAENO TETTSUINI KUGIWO UTE!! (Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan Version) Bunch of other Vs. themes Nightmare Fiction II (this is where the next wave comes) 10. Lobby Theme (Rebellion II with arcade noises) Bunch of other themes Gluttony Fang II (next blank slot is after this) 11. Remaining (Continue Theme) After this it loops back to Rebellion II and Lust SIN II and any blank slots selected in this loop freezes the game.
  19. Pressing left twice past Rebellion II gives you White Nights. I believe left once or twice on Fatal Judge gives you the full version of Bang!Bang!BigBang! Going to experiment a little more with this.
  20. I did it in an Online Lobby match. I just did it again and this time went slowly. After a while of selecting Rebellion II it went to another blank slot and I ended up getting White Nights, the title screen theme. Just tried it offline, and it didn't work.
  21. I just tried that glitch. It didn't work at first, but after scrolling a bit I got it. When I switched back from Extra to CP, it was highlighted on SIX-HEROES. When I hit left it went to Rebellion II and didn't let me switch to anything else. If I hit right, it went straight to AUTO. After doing it over and over again I decided to hold left to scroll, and as it started scrolling through the song list I noticed the blank names. I went ahead and picked one that was next to Fatal Judge, and lo and behold the song I got was Bang!Bang!BigBang!
  22. Finally decided to play the demo. Holy shit, the 30 FPS framerate is definitely going to take some getting used to. It feels like I'm playing in constant 2-bar lag.
  23. Thanks a lot for this, Rouzel!
  24. So does this demo have those loltastic localizations from the EU version?
  25. LOL, Greninja has Valk's Astral.
