  8. That is my prefered way of eating clouds lately actually. You can eat said cloud and sometimes catch the off guard for a fat CH 6A combo. leads to some seriously beast damage. Sometimes it'll catch someone air dashing in too. Ofcourse a whiff is a great setup for a 720/360 too with magnetism.
  9. No no no no no you misunderstand. In GG you gain tension more rapidly by moving forward with pots than moving forward with other characters. Slayer gains a lot by walking forward too, because these are characters that lack mobility, and walking forward should be rewarded with a hell of a lot more than just not getting neg penalty.
  10. I break throws like no ones business. Seriously, you are not gonna do a throw on me unless its a counter throw or is in some other way unbreakable, AKA command throw. Especially Dem pink exclamations. You have half a second to break that.
  11. They need to have him gain tension for moving forward, pots style. They need to add that to the whole game though. makes sense to reward people who move toward an enemy.

  13. barrier, instant block, instant barrier, and backdash. There is a tager defensive guide right there. Learn what you can IB -> punish and what not and against who, and you have the best tager d there is. And super flash buffering kara canceling into 720s and stuff.
  14. Block or IB it. All you can do. Backdash gets beat by it.
  15. Little info for the front page, ground skull gives 5 attacks from the skull, air gives 7. First post posted that question and it never got answered. Watch out for unblocks, and i hate AXL. so i am gonna sub him now. Nice buffering 236P in all blockstrings to stop warrants too. Very nice.

  17. Block 6B > they go for 3C anyway > they eat a fat 720. This works 100% of the time if they go for 3C after a blocked 6B. and like Mr.Z said, you should always be standing against this young lady. Except when you wanna avoid that command grab or if you realllllly need to block 3C.
  18. There is proration modification on how many OTG pickups and such you can do. I think Mike Z explains it in one of the new threads. Because without that tager could just infinite collidor loop people to death. EDIT:Found it.
  19. Dont think this one was part of the throw combos, but this works on atleast Rachel as i was practicing last night. Throw > sledge B > 5C > AC > 6C > 5D Hopefully itll be helpful to someone. Also, Definatly doesnt work on arakune. YAY for my two most common matchups being Rachel and Arakune.
  20. I pick characters i like the character design of. Hence i play completely different characters every game. Testament, Tager, E. Honda, Dragunov, Mitsurugi, etc. They just have to be freaking sweet.
  21. No easy inputs. you need to hit 5 before you do 6a. believe me i learned hard trying to do 2K 6P with testament.
  22. 4 for block, than 12367 for the 360 motion is what i do. Low IB you woulda have to come back up to 4 after hitting 1 though.
  23. Yeah i must have shot it when he took his first hop. I was just suprised since it spanks rachels lightning rods that it was eaten up by it. Oh well.

  25. Hell's Fang followup can be IBed to 5d/2d i believe also. If they are dumb enough to do the followup on block make them hate life for doing it.
