Raven is low tier for sure. Not that the tiers are that much different in BR, but he is still low low. And if you are trying to play a game competetively only, it better be either. 1.)RTS (PC) 2.)FPS (PC) otherwise you are just practicing an exercise in futility. Playing in local, offline games with groups of people is the best way to play, always has been, always will be. Excluding actual arcade gameplay experience, ofcourse.
