If someone is new to this game and playing half of the chars on your list, they are gonna get rocked too lol. Plenty of examples in toronto. OS has plenty of ways to get in or poke from distance. And if you have distance, you might as well be charging meter, in which case the opponent will close the distance and do the job for you. Distance is not related to his rank at all. But he is mid tier, I just make him top tier. Roldy: Stop talking shit. Tom's off/def may not be the best but your ability to adapt is complete ASS. Well first of all, I used to go there everyday and could see that it was getting decent business. Pool tables were played, nerds were beasting it up on the lan pcs, and the fighting games were played. On top of that, they had their overpriced bubble tea, which everyone bought. They most likely shut it down because they thought the arcade was dropping their students grades, and every university does whatever it can to build their rep. I find it suspicious that they still have the entire room, but only sell bubble tea now, and if you look through the windows you can see some cabs in the back still. All 3 are networked. If 2 people are playing, and I play on the 3rd cab, I will play the CPU. Then when the other game is done, I will play the winner. So at one point, you may be sitting beside the guy you're playing, and can see which ultra he picks LOL. And what argument? Old men like me are too old for arguments. Being able to solve differential equations while playing means the game is braindead since you can use your cpu on other things while playing. The game wouldn't require all your focus.

Normally the bright side of braindead fighters is that at least more scrubs will play, but I'm not sure if that's a positive thing anymore. I mean it's not like they're going to say hi to me or anything. :roll:

But the new trend of fighting games is to be braindead. Just look at bbcs/sf4/mvc3. I would like the same as you but highly doubt we will get it.
