From messing around with Relius I don't think his gear DD is much to worry. It does low dmg, depending on your position can't do much of a follow up, and I think its ground specific(as if youre in the air it'll whiff) not 100% sure since I didn't play against him or with him long but I wasn't able to land it on anyone who wasn't on the ground touching it. Reminds me of arakunes air special. From what I've seen most relius players start off by back air dash summon puppet. I'd try IAD grab at the beginning and follow up. Just don't get predictable of coz. Or could even dash 2cc or 236c if timed right. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk

So I think I got down the 236a(w) - 214d corner combo. But I usually just end it with 6c - 236c - 214c - 22c. I have a hard time with dash 5c etc ender with this. I think its a great idea. I'm terrible at putting my ideas on paper XD. The thing that gets me most is that alot of opponents I get to play often mash. And I have a hard time working around that. Like lambda 5c spam after a knockdown ><. I need to learn to neutral tech and nit emergency tech all the time lol. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk

Is the timing for cornet 623C - 214A(whiff) - 236D any different in extend? I've always had a tough time with it in CS2 so I was wondering if I kept at it in CS2 until extends release or if I should just wait. Also IAD looks alot more easy at timing then CS2? Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk

Failure? Not hardly. I personally fell in love with those mugen combos. 2 charge isn't hard to get and the dmg and options off of it was nice. I like that they made her slightly more reliant on meter. Air mugen seems quite viable and personally I don't this the lack of 5B is a bad thing. I'd much rather see what she is capable of and work on that stuff rather than just 5B stuff. Very nice work on the video. I personally like the sound of a combo that is easy to change up on the fly. Gives her a little Litchi feel for combos. Makes things definately more interesting to watch. Nah I used to start a match in cs2 with 214B and it would go through almost anything minus a few 2/3 c moves. But it would clear ragna 5B and hakumens 3 or 4c? No problem and launch into air combo. So some guys I played with last night said their copies of ex rolled in last night. So hopefully well see alot of stuff soon. Sadly I can't afford to import it so I'm looking at the arcade occasionally till Valentine's day lol. And 214B lack of invincible is apparent. And kills alot of CH traps I'm used to playing. I'm not sure the frame data for ex tsubaki is going to be the same for the dp. When I played dp a didn't trade very often against Ragna or other characters really compared to cs2. B seemed to trade the same and I didn't really do C outside of trying (and failing) at dp whiff combos so I duno about that one. I figure if anyone has a problem with her mechanic they'd jump ship anyways. As far as extend goes I'm very much excitd after getting a small dose of it and overall she didn't feel too different from cs2. Every thing just takes adjustment and I don't necessarily think she's bottom tier at all in extend. Nothing feels as bad as CT Rachel to Cs1 Rachel in aspects of nerfs and even eventually ppl got some crazy stuff with her. Her charge isn't slow enough to hurt her gameplay IMHO. Her dmg is a little low from what I'm used to but that's not too bad and maybe mugen might actually play quite nice with the dmg of some things. Not sure yet. Overall, Tsubaki is far from doomed in Extend. She didn't get all the buffs like Hakumen did; but even with all the nerfs to ragna in Cs2 he was still strong and viable. Does mugen have any extra properties that we know of? Does it make specials do a little more like bangs furinkazan? As far as air use? More time for some combos with j.236D or j.214D or maybe to mess with people from the super slow down or counter a dp with it's invincible frames? Jump cancel a 6c into mugen to bait a burst or dp. Watching some videos posted up by pktazn, it looks like 623A has alot more invulnerable frames than before? Or maybe projectile invincible completely at least? I don't remember seeing it trade at all against Ragna and even went through a Dead Spike completely. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk
