For people who are really missing insane dmg Rachel had in CT like me, I did several experiments about the decent dmg combos we can expect. Some combos assume that BBL hits with 3 poles. This assumption makes the combo kinda unrealistic, but considering you can setup 2-3 poles easier than CT, you can possibly expect decent dmg combos in your real matches. 1. (at the corner with 3 poles) lvl3 j2c - BBL with 3 poles - lvl 3 j2c - BBL with no pole - 3c oki or 6c whatever air combo = 8.5k - 8.7k dmg 2. (near corner with 3 poles) lvl 3 j2c - BBL with 3 poles - 236a (whipp) - lvl 3 j2c - 236a (whipp) - BBL with 2 poles - 3c oki or 6c whatever air combo = 9K - 9.2K dmg 3. (at the corner) 5b standing hit - 6cd - jc - 5b - 6cd - jc - 5b - 5c..dc (slide input between c and d) - frog - dash 6c - j 236c - 6a - BBL - 3c oki or 6c whatever air combo = 4.4K (1 pole and oki) - 5.6K (3 poles and air combo) 4. (at the corner) If 5b hits at far distance, you can do: 5b standing hit - j3db - jc - 5b - 6cd - jc - same with 3 = 3.9K - 4.8K

B & C Lobelia - Less Recovery BBL - takes off up to 4 guard primers depending on the number of poles TD - 4 winds version takes off 2 guard primers

6A has guard point, which is still reliable 3C can do combo from 3C9D but harder. not +2 on block anymore. maybe +0 or -1 on block now. Tiny Lobelia - A,B,C versions all have less recovery now. Tempest Dahlia - it has very few frames invincibility, tho it's shitty. and follow-up projectiles don't come if Rachel gets hit. 4 wind: King frog doesn't let enemy bounce on hit but has same effect of the sword iris hit motion with more untechable time. ３ wind: you can do an air combo after the pumpkin hits 2 wind, 1 wind: trash

nj ghaleon. it's easy to read and ur comments are useful. there are more of the possible combos you will remind, but for the basic training purpose, I believe these are good. The only thing I wanna mention is (623D, dash, 3C) shall be (623D, dash, dash cancel 3C) for somebody who isn't very familiar about hazama's dash.

You can be a hero of this Rachel forum by yourself. Assuming nobody plays her now, then if you investigate new stuffs and win with her, you would be a Rachel godfather.

thanks to the reduced recovery of a cannon, you can do (a cannon crouching hit - slightly dash 5b) x n against hazama, tsubaki, jin, and lambda. timing is extremely strict, and dmg is......

She has soviet dmg, 3 poles bbl still does more than tager's super. You will still have a chance to make them hype with soviet dmg and UFO since players have tendency to get hyped with the impressive games.

I almost felt bad for Tager players past 1 year but you consistently crushed us and proved matchup chart was meaningless. (If I remember correctly, this matchup was 7-3 Rachel favor). The circumstance is just reversed, it's now our turn to destroy you ..... ONLY IF there is any Rachel player left.

(2b) 5b 5cdc 236b iad j.b j.c j.214c (that's air iris) land sj j.[c] j.c j.236 Works on all characters except Tsubaki. Delay the 236b on Tager. That may not work for lambda also unless you're far enough to hit 236b.

That combo should work and worth to do. 2k dmg of j2c lvl 3 is highest dmg rachel can do now. The only move she does more than 2k is new dd with 4 winds. Although lvl 2 and lvl 3 are cancellable, it's still meaningless.

Haha, i know you won that game. But you should remember Render chose to play another game when he won the first game rather than taking his photo to get the chance for the EPIC PHOTO including all of us and 3 of maids, but we lost at Jenga. That's what I mean about the hope. I agree they're really good at playing that game and probably we might have lost though we could go further.

There were initially me, CooperDabbit, and Render at the cafe. Apparently, Render was the only one who understood when they called us goshujinsama and i asked him wtf it was. The maid cafe itself wasn't very impressive but the games were hella fun. As far as I know, we won all the game matches and all took photos except CopperDabbit was terrible at playing Janga so he collapsed our hope.

Triple Fail 1. You can't play the game till 2pm. (though we said 10 am) 2. We don't manage the tournament ourselves, so do whatever you want 3. We won't pay prize unless you wait till midnight. General: SoCal Weather was beautiful. Anime Cafe was hype. Korean BBQ was hype. Nu troops were gdlike. Final was ....hype? or disastrous.

she's going to corner you and 3 poles setup will kill you. If you meet really good rachel expertize on the corner oki, you can do nothing except dead angle. If you're cornered, just use the dead angle before the pole is setting up or you can prey the rachel player drops the setup. The good news is there are few Rachel players are doing really well on that setup.
