I love his damage off 360s now. I can't get 2B>collider to work though.
-
1. I admit 2C>3C throws me off, I still expect people to block the 3C and whenever I do get 3C when I mess up a collider its when the 3C fatals. You can actually delay the 2C>3C as I do it all the time to punish mashing. Just slow down your inputs a bit and you'll be fine. 2. The new forward throw is useful, sure you can't get a combo off without spark or meter but it does a lot of damage for a ground grab. (1900) Personally I love the new throw, you can actually get magnetism mid combo off a regular throw in the corner. 3. 6A not jump cancelable is a hassle but you shouldn't be too concerned about it, just start using the other gattlings after it which are: 6B, 3C, and 4D. 4D makes it safe even on IB and if they IB they are than likely trying to punish. These things your complaining about are the same things that made me cry on day one but when I started playing around I found the good in the bad. Being a Tager player is all about taking the good and accepting the bad.
-
I still use 6A as a pressure tool, its just gimmicky as hell full screen.
-
I love you Osuna we should totally do that. Yuumura made second at a SBO qualifier. That dude got some sick dice rolling for him. He lost to rin kinda bad.
-
I am still weeping, but hey we still rape Noel.
-
Ve I weeped...day 4 of BB:CS I feel ok I just have to be more random. People haven't learned how to deal with my 6A pull yet which is good because I don't use it that much.
-
Valk, Makoto, and Jin have been updated. Yuumura's random factor is too strong.
-
So guys lets talk. BBCS2 netcode is horrible, I lag with anyone at anytime, I lagged with people in MI and my internet is pretty good. I find it strange I didn't lag with SoCal but yet I lag with virginia. And the yesterday I got lag switched during my guard break 720. Yeah I remember why I hate online. CS2 Tager makes me cry in sadness and tears at the same time. 6A destroys scrubs but its rare to throw it out full screen on a smart player who is magnetized. 6A's increased range makes it so 5A>5C>6A pulls them back in. And 4D makes 6A into a frame trap or at least a safe gatling, even on IB your opponent can't punish you and I love it. Sadly the IB nerf is annoying, more annoying than I expected. Oh and I added the Noel match up info in the match up thread. Check it out.

I love the random Galileo Tager cameo at A-cho.
-
Probably lose anything faster than its super armor. Also 6Aing someone's 6A pull is hilarious.
-
Ah Valk, Hak, Lamda, and Carl updated. The updates will be a bit slower since CS2 is out.
-
Not really a noob question but I'll give it a go. That Tager is Galileo, he does strange stuff like that. Gadget is only really useful if 2D doesn't push to the corner another thing about gadget is that it puts you in a basic 50/50 the 2 characters he fights Hakumen and Lambda can easily get around it. Its just generally not a good idea to gadget them without a trick up your sleeve. For your second question Tager can voltec charge at long range if he want to but walking forward on an opponent trying to retreat is much better in a lot of cases and we always want to be close to our opponent no matter how dangerous they can be at close range. (Que CT Rachel.)
-
For Jin just do 360>5B>gadget it works only on him. For Litch its not hard at all, haven't tried tao yet. Also the hit stop on moves have been decreased so you may have some problems doing 360s.
-
You had that problem too Mike? It felt like I cancel'd its recovery with it...could be some change we are not aware of. I remember seeing a vid of people canceling into it but when I try it I have to let go of the D button for it to work.
-
It's not really good on Haku-men...its really a gimmick and troll pressure tool. 4D on the other hand is amazing now...you guys will love it.
-
Its because its a gimmick. I am just very skilled at using it.
-
Because Noel still has to do dumb risky shit to get damage which is nothing that will ever change and Jin is pretty much CT Jin with more annoying mix up.
-
I will not right now. I need to study the match up more. One day won't be enough...but in the cases like Noel and Jin its a easy write up.
-
I won't do a write up on this yet but your best openers are: 5A backdash (becareful using this.) 4D (stuffs stupid) 3C (beats 5A) Don't hi jump around. Don't gadget finger unless your doing RC 5C>MTW for the kill. Play footsies with 5C/5D. Troll the hell out of your opponent. Land 720 as much as you can but be clever about it. Little bits. 360A can beat 720 if done at the same time. 360s are even more deadly learn the combos for them. Ok I am off to write up on Noel.
-
Yep 360A>GF>5C>MTW is 3.6k and if you burst you'll die anyways. 360B>236A>RC MTW does 5.1k and its for the kill as well. I win by being a troll now...I always believe in saving random for when I need it. Now i have to play random to stay on my toes. Also the Noel match up...I am gonna do a write up on it ASAP. Your gonna hate it...I don't but you will. Same here but then I realize I can still IB 720 jump in's and then I was in love again.
-
Double posting. Timing for GF>RC collider has been changed a bit and the worst of the worst happened. Mike will not be happy about this. GF>RC 5D is strange now. you have to do it a certain way to make it combo, when I tried it didn't combo into gadget. Which might be a glitch too not sure. I seen a vid when GF>RC 5D worked no problem. Anyways if your opponent is mashing when you do RC 5D (The 5D won't combo.) then they get CH'd no questions asked.

FYI some of the frame data isn't put in yet. I remember me and Skye was looking at it earlier.

Man this is gonna be so crazy. Lets talk about how much yomi we need to pull through this. Thread name subject to change. Haku-men...I hate this match up, so boring and easy to get lamed out. Its like Litchi except you are more scared to press buttons and the pressure is non-existent. Problem/Solution: -4C-Hate this move and hate it again, really fast, huge horizontal hitbox, leads to decent damage because of special cancels, special cancels make it a bigger nuisance, IB 4C or if you are close and he's magnetized 4D it with yomi. -J.C-4C's Brother that comes from the air, IB it to reduce push back, always IB it, if Haku is not cautious with the spacing you can actually 2D him from below or collider. Most of the time you won't get this chance though. -Counters-Every Haku likes to counter certain things, test their reactions and learn when and where they counter. FYI The good Haku's will counter things on reaction while the bad ones just mash it. -Hotaru-Its a DP...leads to good damage and lets him do a second jump even if he air dashed, you can beat it with backdash but thats some mad yomi you got there. Close/Mid Range: Block if he is on the ground or in the air or doing pokes, he got annoying frame traps. When you are on the offense mess with his reactions a bit and rely on yomi. Yes I said rely on yomi, you need it, do anything you can to train Haku not to jump or mash j.D. Then punish him with grabs, once he is Magnetized you can use 5D to safely punish button pushes, just don't rely on the pull to suck him back in, 4D is also a decent punish tool too. Long Range: Get spark and sit on it, use it wisely. Be risky but pick your times, the only way in is to be risky anyways. Remember to always IB his C pokes to reduce push back, don't make habits of pressing buttons because Haku will punish you for it, normal jump C is a good way in, just remember 4C is air unblockable. In short the match up is full of mind games, its like SF except your a stubby fat guy and the dude your fighting is poking you with a huge stick. Have fun.

Ok guys payback for CS1 is a go! Not gonna be easy though. Thread name subject to change.

Stein lasers don't break primers. Lets talk about how 6A on her magnetized ruins her C mashing. Thread name subject to change.
