    rachel's astral: its an unblockable attack...voltech charge loses to it. backdash at its max range gets you out. MTW's autoguard protects you from it if its well timed and it will hit rachel. with terra break it does 48xx damage.

    people get better, and tournament atmosphere is different than playing casuals. also any decent player would drop rachel with the nerf's she had. believe it or not I'd still main tager if he's worst than CT and that says a lot.

    1. what. 2. except when it comes to litchi she can just grab you instead of doing a j.b, I see litchi's do it when they think you can jump. 3. yes I am and she has three dragons which may not be fast but can catch you off guard if you choose to attempt a punish. 4. you never been purple grabbed before obviously. 5. she's suppose to do it after a knockdown anyways and she can control how it moves so its not so easily escapable. just because you can react to litchi's mix-up doesn't mean its bad it just mean you can react to it, I thought haku-men has bad mix up until I fought some of the good ones like jackG and qwerty...I was dead wrong.

    keep in mind most people are the average player, hell even I may be a 7.5/10 its still things I need to learn and habits I should break. trust me on this when someone makes a joke on you then they probably know more about the game then you...its their way of letting you know. I call it dustloop mentality. also alzarath is the best rachel in the east coast and he is gdlk. remember most the BB community are decent players.

    12k damage off of stupid. 5k ok 6k reasonable on some 7k damn thats sick 8k-12k shouldn't exist at least the haku-men one was too situational to be used often. noel needs 100 meter and a FC for hers. but arakune just needs a random j.C or 2C with a curse and voila death combo. you might find it reasonable but in all truth its dumb. we both know it is. @ soujiro: yep because they are top tier. @ shinso: arakune is on my shit list and ragna too a lesser degree. in CS I'm gonna hate litchi because the same issues are still present and they made her better. ragna because its too many online...fuck online. @ SJ: vote bang for god tier.
