Get arcana 1 the ps2 port of 2 has hella slowdown its quite bad... arcana 3 is right around the corner so it will give you a god idea about the mechanics. Arcana has a similiar clash system to gg but its more open ended once the clashes start.. you can stale mate people into situations for continuing to clash its quite interesting.
