Would any of you chaps happen to be in/around the Santa Cruz area? I've been dying to play Guilty Gear or AE, but the well is all but dry.

So, the next NCI is supposed to be "the big one" right? How's that working out? I'd like to at least get some semblance of a plan together, as I'd really like to attend.

Shoutouts to Katanadash, for going 12 - 0 in my favor against me in casuals and then beating me in the tourney. I'm salty. Shoutouts to Qwerty and Ernest for the hilarious conversation about professional wrestling. Shoutouts to that one guy who had the Project Justice set up, that game should be game of the year for all years. Shoutouts to that strange poop smell that kept wafting past the front of Gamecenter.

Let's see how well Megafists and failed potbuster inputs serve me this time around.

As in, the only casual stations for SFIV, MvC3 and T6 are coin-ops, or the only casual stations in general are coin-ops?

Assuming I show up, i'd be down for SFIV casuals. I'm attempting to learn Juri.

Assuming a ride is a possibility, keep me posted. I'd do the caltrain thing, but as I've never had to take it before I fear I'd just end up getting myself lost in some unfamiliar town, where the only law is the law of the jungle.

My rule of thumb is, if I get at least twice as much time playing as I do going to/from the venue, it's all good. Seeing as how these things go for 12 or so hours, being on the road for a total of two hours really shouldn't be a problem.
