  1. I'll look into that more, then--might be the easiest solution. Thanks!
  2. I don't know that I'm mechanically inclined enough to do that. :-/
  3. So I can't remap anything but the L1, L2, and Options buttons. That sucks, because it means I can't use this stick. At the very least I need the four main buttons in a more traditional layout of three on the top row and one on the bottom, instead of all four clustered on the left side(2 on each row). Anyone have a recommendation for a PS4 stick that can do that?
  4. I've been searching all over trying to find an answer for this, as it might be a dealbreaker for me. I have a HORI Fighting Edge for my PS3 and I love it, so in looking for sticks for my PS4 I looked to HORI first. The Real Arcade Pro 4 Kai looks pretty good, but there's one sticking point--the button configuration. Everything I see says that it has a 'button configuration mode', but I can't find details on what buttons can be configured. Are they all remappable(like the Fighting Edge) or only certain buttons? I ask because I have my buttons laid out a specific way that I like and am used to, and it'd be a huge pain to change that. Changing the inputs in the game settings is sadly not an option because I'm the only one of my friends who uses a fight stick, and I don't want to have to remap the game button settings every time we switch players. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
  5. Quick question about the whole mashing A autocombo thing--how good are the combos you get from it? How comparable is it to, say, P4A's autocombos?
  6. I love the Guilty Bits series but BB is my preferred game, so I'd definitely be willing to chip in some for a Kickstarter or the like.
  7. Midnight-Zephyr, I'm right there with you on Kagura--I was undecided on switching mains in CP(even though I switch mains any time someone looks at me funny), but the Kagura showed up and I immediately said "yes, that man is now my main". Having imported BBCP(first time ever importing, woo!), I've been surprised to find that I quite enjoy Azrael as well, so I'll be practicing with him more too. More in general, my basic criteria for picking a main are twofold: a) I have to like their look, their animations, their quotes... everything immaterial in gameplay about them has to be 'cool' to me... and b) I have to be able to not suck with with in actual play. :P
  8. Gotcha, thanks!
  9. What does the term "tick throw" mean? I've been looking through every terminology and notation entry I can find, but I haven't found that term yet(though it's entirely possible that I'm blind and just missed it).
  10. Pretty much this. No hints of these people beforehand or why they're involved at all. I'm not totally flabbergasted by new characters, as Circuitous seems to have thought I said, but it just seemed odd that EVERY new character came totally out of the blue. No Jubei, no Saya, no Phantom, no Nu/whatever it was that was hinted at at the end of CS, no Tenjo's son(unless one of the new guys turns out to be him). I wouldn't put it past them to have some of those come out as DLC(or be an unlockable boss), though.
  11. Alexandrite is great, so I hope it stays the same. I'm a little perplexed that not even one of the new characters existed in the story at all before(unless they're from some supplemental material that I missed). Not that they don't look interesting, it's just... who are these people?
  12. Thanks very much! That seems like exactly what I was looking for.
  13. Hey everyone, need a little bit of help--my friends and I like to screw around with the unlimited characters for fun, but there's no explanation that I can find in-game for how they're different from normal. Anybody have a link to or explanation of their changes? Thanks in advance for any help.
  14. NYC tournament in a school Nov 7th. Aol sn and email = oni163 http://www.dustloop.com/forums/editp...tpost&p=483784]

  15. I give Bang a 7. He's nowhere near as hard as Carl(and probably not Rachel either), but it takes some doing to get him going. I will agree that his fundamentals aren't TOO hard to get down. Also, copypasta the FRKZ comment everyone else has made(that it takes a lot of learning to use well).
