@TheRealBobMan Those optimal combos are super tight! I've been trying to figure out which moves to stagger to get them to connect as some you have to really delay. Mind if you share any personal preferences you do on these to make them more consistent? I've realized on this corner combo with sol: 2K > 6P > 5H > IAD j.K > FFVCL > c.S > VCL > c.S > j.S > j.H > Pdive > dash j.H > Pdive the Pdive doesn't always connect, I've been trying to figure out if you need to do the c.S super late or early before the j.S > j.H, but it's always random for me if the pdive connects or not. edit: I figured out the above one I think. If anyone is having trouble with this, you want to delay the j.S from the last c.S a little later, dont just do j.S as fast as you can from c.S or you wont get the pdive connect. still having trouble on the midscreen 2k starter though, sometimes the HCL doesn't conect after the j.H, Sol is too low.

I think it means her 6B feint, if you hold in the B she fakes the move like Sagats knee feint in SF4. Good to mess with opponents once you have a health advantage and they're on lockdown

Hey can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngOg3uqvjLI I was just messing around in the corner and saw some player do this combo on rachel so I figured it worked on Ragna but I can't get it to come out. its just tsubame, 6C, 5C (OTG), JB, jc, JCD, JC falling, 6C Tsubame 6C~. The problem I'm having is that he's teching before I can even land the falling JC, what gives? should i not jump cancel the B and C or what. I've been trying a lot of different timings nothing gives. Edit: Sorry about it being left aligned lol I just noticed it, won't happen next time' Double edit: ok it appears you need to hold the D in and delay the staff a little bit first. man her shit is just ridiculous sometimes lol Triple edit: After messing around with her even more I figured out that after her JC knockdown without staff if you delay the D just a little bit your combos will always hit, good to know!!

Hey guys I just started to pick up Litchi because I thought I was going to play Noel but after messing with litchi for a while I really like her instead. Anyways I've been looking on the combo thread and what the hell does the notation "JBC" mean and "JC" is it Jump C? or jump cancel? either way I still have no idea what JBC means (Junior bacon cheesburger?) This one in particular: 5B 5C(2) 3C [D] ]D[ iad JC haku staff2 dash JBC land tsubame 6C~ Are there any videos showcasing something like this?

That combo is real good, Yeah you need to delay the 214D as much as possibly, and no the 5C is not delayed but you need to cancel the 5D to one hit only going into the 214B

Ok against Jin's I find this most effective, Block his ice car and immediatly follow up with a 5B into 3C loop combo. If he tries to attack after a blocked ice car you will get the B counter hit which will net you a free 3C into loop. You can also punish with 6A into loop or air combo but sometimes he's too far away to capitalize on that damage so 5B is a better choice. Don't try to get a 5C counter hit it won't come out in time and he'll end up countering you.

Yeah ill check out the damages on it, the reason I like it is because you can hit confirm the 6A and have enough time to think about the combo so you dont fuck it up unlike 6A 5D into 236 one. After watching all of those souji vs dora videos I see how arakune plays now, you pretty much pressure with 2A pokes then 5A > 5B get out of my face poke and then get the cloud out once your safe distance away. Also he puts on the pressure with the j6A into j.b and then goes for j2a counter hits which seem to be the best bet Once he has him cursed though he plays completely different, he pretty much flings A and B bugs at him while 2A poking, the bugs draw the guy in so he can do a 6A overhead combo into the loop. pretty neat setups actually.

OK guys after watching some more arakune videos I was able to pick up more combos, could we update the combo page right now? i feel like all the information is jumbled and I have to do way more work to find out his combos than other characters. Here's one you should add: 6A, 2B, 2A, 5B (one hit), 5D, 214A, CB bugs right into 6C loop. Problem Im having is that after the second loop I cant connect for a 3rd so it might only loop twice, will test more.

ok so what combos should i look at specifically to do when theyre cursed? I just got down the 6C loop combo last night ( figured out you have to time the B and A bug as soon as arakune goes for the 2C) but other than that what are some good combos once they are cursed?

Man, im trying to learn arakune but trying to do the loops in practice after i get a curse keeps hitting the dummy with bugs while i try the combo again, plus with all the different bugs i get so confused as to what the hell i need to do with him.

Hey guys, I just started playing GG recently in preparation to learning the mechanics of the game for when Blazblue comes out. I picked up Sol for now but I'm having trouble getting his SW loop on other people. I can do the 2D combo on sol himself but Ky for instance gives me trouble for clean hits. My question to you is, is there an even easier person to pick up than Sol-badguy or should I just stick it out and keep trying. Also, any links to videos of these combos would be appreciated.
