  1. Oh, i typed it wrong, the one where it does 3 D moves faster 214214D requires only 1 stock. but yea you have the option of doing it with 4 if you don't use mugen.
  2. Oh guide still says 623D has full invincibility? I better change that. Uhh correct on every other part, but obviously a D special on block isn't a very good thing, since you're losing charge there.
  3. Take my raffle entry please. I quit the tournaments.
  4. 3C has much slower startup than 2BB, so you can get DPed there as well. You generally only do 3C at max 5B range.
  5. You mean it's listed as lvl 2, but can be listed as a level 4, right? I guess I can add it without the mugen super then. :/
  6. Two things: - Tsubaki is generally - on block on most of her normals. Keep that in mind. If they're going to DP, you're gonna get DPed anyways lol. - Because you can totally hitconfirm a random 5C or 5CC into 6C on reaction right?
  7. 22D > 6CC > j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C is actually 3100-3200 assuming you do every hit of 6CC. Also 6CC allows you to launch into air combo on 236D CH. Same deal with CH 5B and CH 5C.
  8. If you can't do it, I'm not going to stop you guys. But don't forget, the 2nd part of 6CC actually is 3 hits, so for the most damage, you have to jc the 3rd hit. Someone test the damage of 22D 6CC air combo and someone test 22D 6C air combo.
  9. If you mess up your spacing for the 623A interrupt vs 2D or you mistime it, you trade hits and you're magnetized. Yay!
  10. On that note, I tested the following: Midscreen: CH 5B > 6C > 214214D > 623D > j.214D > 236D > dash 5B > 2CC > hjc j.C > dj. CC > j.236A > j.214C [3500-4000, don't remember] CH 5C > 6C > 214214D > 623D > j.214D > 236D > dash 5B > 2CC > hjc j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C [4400-4500] CH 5C > 6C > 214214D > 623D > j.214D > 236D > 2CC > 5C(w)c > hjc j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C [4500-4700, only doable if you hit the corner after 236D] Corner: CH 5B > 6C > 214214D > 623D > j.214D > 214D > 2CC > 5c(w)c > hjc j.C > dj. CC > j.236A > j.214C [check damage don't remember] CH 5C > 6C > 214214D > 623D > j.214D > 214D > 2CC > 5C(w)c > hjc j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C [5000] Can someone test the actual damage values and test on every character for me? I just did these combos based on stensatsu's 5C > 6C mugen recommendations. EDIT: Also can someone test 2 charge install combos for 5B 6C and 5C 6C starters?
  11. Just saw this, totally going in my sig.
  12. So you use all your charge, and 50 meter to increase a throw combo damage by 200-300 points? I swear the throw > 214214D > 623D doesn't work in midscreen. Doesn't the throw knock them away too far for the 623D to hit?
  13. Why use Tsubaki to beat score attack? It's not even worth it. Unlimited Tsubaki can't even combo off j.214D because she floats too much.
  14. Because I'm an idiot that likes to troll himself.

  15. Also don't touch the PS button when your pad is off, or else it will light up the controller and sync up again.
  16. Team battle vs Berkeley lanners in sc, wc3, sc2, etc. I'll be team captain.
  17. Overheads are at least 20+ frames on the most part. He's exaggerating about the 100 frames, but the overhead is pretty obvious. The thing about her damage is, the opponent can afford to make a LOT more mistakes, compared to say, the Tsubaki player. "Oh? I got hit? Whatever big deal." You can beat a lot of things with reversals and gold burst, but there's a thing called risk and reward, and Tsubaki's reward off doing stuff like that...isn't really much at all. Also, compared to a lot of the cast, Tsubaki can't afford to do an IB reversal, because her reversal will either trade into NO ULTRA, or she will get beat out clean. Either that or her dp gets air thrown or something stupid. Her D DP has been beaten by jump-ins. It's rather hilarious actually. Baiting stuff? You can bait stuff with a lot of characters, but now we're moving onto higher level play where there's the element of "yomi" involved. In the end, the risks a Tsubaki player takes to get minimal damage far exceeds the risks of the majority of the cast to get decent/high damage in. And to be honest, I don't think you really have a fair say on how Tsubaki does in a competitive environment when all you've done is play netplay and computers. If you want to reinforce your arguments, I suggest posting videos or actual evidence supporting your views. Also, fixing up your grammar and spelling can help convince people in indirect ways.
  18. I challenge someone to 1v1 freestyle 100-200 m.
  19. Charging is better on the ground, because it's safer. Tsubaki prioritizes charging over 100 damage.
  20. Now you guys know what I've been dealing with since December 09. "Tsubaki's not bad!" etc etc etc.
  21. Seo: - You don't need to be so adamant about charge cancelling after getting a hit in. You could have finished him a couple times if you didn't charge cancel. - Good job being patient, most players can't do that, especially with Tsubaki's dive and charging moves (not a great and reliable way to approach) - Don't always spam charge cancel to attack again, better players can interrupt that. - I think I'll need an offline match or other matches from you to really judge you on your habits. (I say offline because that's when your online/bad habits REALLY start to show.) Seyu: only 22B has projectile guardpoint, other B specials have projectile invincibility during specific frames.
  22. I would like to add that most of Tsubaki's "punishes" are either charging or moving closer lol. EDIT: in the case 5B won't hit as a CH, too slow or out of range, or the 5B won't hit them at all (low hit boxes).
  23. Jin's j.D can be cancelled to specials on block .
  24. All dives are really unsafe, and even if you RC, if you do a shallow hit, you can still get reversaled/360ed/mashed. At least Jin's IAD j.236D crossup is a lot more reliable and safe lol. And it only uses 25 meter.
  25. Thanks for testing it, I'll go update the combo compilation shortly.
