    When's dizzy?

    Saw this in ShynSins Stream and thought to mention it here cuz possible strong Tech. Doing 421 H, if you hold the H button, you gain "Charges", you´ll see little Suns above you. Up to 3 Stacks. The more Stacks, the more hits the Fire Homing Spear does. Now, the sepcial thing I saw was, if you do 421 H, charge up Stack of choice, then YRC and at the same time let go of H button, Dizzy will be able to move but her Sun Charges stay in place for a little longer (4 seconds?). If you do it wrong, you ll YRC and trigger the Homing Spear. To trigger the Fire Homing Spear now, either press H or wait until Move Auto triggers (will always do this after fixed time if held).   5. The road for Millias and Venoms current placing was also very long. Im sure some still remember the Doomsday Gloom, the top japanese Millia players had back then. Shit needs time to develop. PS. Any vids of Kazunoko taking Leo out for a spin? Im sure, that character fits his style.
  6. Online? you better forget about meaty whatever. mashing throw requires no timing, doing meaties does. or rather, watch your spacing so you dont get thrown while doing something (and try to blow up their mostly hold back mash throws with low hitting attacks)
  7. Maybe youre reading it. Does he do haircar, 2S a lot too in the disc oki too? if he never, rarely uses that, your mind prob got conditioned to expect high hits
  8. So wait, we are getting Netcode Fix, but PS4 gets it now, and PS3 gets it someday soon?
  9. Just wanted to mention. even when you do have a 2-4 delay, netcode fluctuates too much during some matchmaking, with the occasional out of (4 f) bounds spiking beyond for a moment. That annoys most people I have talked to, the changing timings.

  15. She is a Lady. Note how she makes sure while falling down in the air that her dress doesnt fly up (exposing everything under). I also like that Double KO in her Win Screen after she gets the nose bleed. Anyone know what "dirty" stuff she was saying, thought of that made her get the nose bleed?
  16. How fast can you say, Banned again? Btw, do you also lose your Meter when you PRC, but get hit out of it? Considering the huge Start up on PRC, might as well not even bother to PRC some moves.
  17. Jocelot : SF4 moves all tend to have small active times. Also small hitboxes (compared to other SF Titles like ST). Another thing : What you see is not always what you get. e.g. People landing on Fireballs. In any other game, they would get hit b4 they land. In SF4, you land and block it. (fireball hitbox is as bis as a Pixel? lolz)

  21. Thats what they call a Safe jump in, in those primitive Street Fighter games, son Actually depends on your jump in move (hitbox) and how fast the SRK hits on start up. Cant just use every jump in move. its specific ones. If Sols VV ever came out in 1F, you´d never intentionally jump on him again ever on his wake up
  22. You forgot, lazy IB in ssf4 > hold block anytime = free 3 f faster recovery then on hit *if u assume roughly, block = or > hit stun like in most other games

  24. Matsu didnt fail, Satoshi is just too much for him. That was from a 14 vs 14, Tokyo VS Chiba? battle. Satoshi just teared thru all the Gamechariot top guns, including Dora, kaqn, etc. Would have been cool to have at least won 1 round, oh well, c´est la vie
