Aksys didn't work on Extends localization. ASW did the whole project. So some of the english voices may not be final for future titles.

Ill have a room and stream up when I get off around 10. EX has all the old dlc on the disc. You unlock it through the Gallery. The only DLC so far to buy is the new announcers. Characters are all unlocked from the start. Top tier is Ragna, Hazama, Hakumen, Valkenhayn.

Here from Xie's gigantic tier thread: Too small of Ignis meter, lack of good reversal, iffy air-to-air, and too many situations that dismiss Ignis and put her into slow regeneration is what really puts him into a middle tier grade. Besides that he is a amazingly fun character with a huge damage output. He lacks good mixup but has crazy fun frame traps.
