Heh. Sure, my best advice: it's a pain and screw it. I usually just go with j.C, 2D, jump cancel, j.C, land, BBL. But yeah, whenever you want to do the j.2C combo, just make sure you hit with the first j.C when Rachel is higher than her opponent. The higher the better. Super jump if you can. (this part is kind of character-dependent.) Almost always the problem is that the opponent is too high for you when you need to hit the j.2C. So if you press it at the right time, you whiff under them, and if you press it once the opponent does fall in range, it black beats. Try to have your opponent under you or at least even with you when you hit them with the j.C, and then they should be in the right position for the j.2C later. And of course, the amount of pause before the j.2C is just practice. That part's pretty easy to figure out, though.
