This is very true. Top hazama players both in U.S and Japan, rarely use it. That's what I ment. Hazama's command throw is primarily used for heat gain, not damage. If I remember correctly it's only invincible on the 6th frame. Wake up 2a, if not wake up tk hotaru. Eating a raw jayoku is worst than his command throw, ESPECIALLY in the corner where hazama excels at in causing damage.

I know hazama, ragna, valkenhayn, and hakumen pretty well. I don't know why I know the other 3 besides hakumen so well though. So such an assumption about hazama I'll be less likely to make. Especially since hazama's command throw has way too much proration on it to get good damage off of it, hence why it's rarely used by hazama players.

I would think it is very beneficial to cut the bubble, but then again what do I know about the match up. Does the bubble have an special properties?
