  1. because clearly playing unlimited chars is serious business :china: :china: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  2. Yo, I read what happened man. That wasn't cool how they trolled you like that. You have my support.

  3. fuck you asshole. I'll report abuse if you continue to insult me like that.

  4. You gotta calm down Blade. I only recall the one comment about Testament being a gear and Justice which you then blew it all out of proportion and "insisted" on correcting him with the correct story, which then other people started bashing you, not him. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  5. I'm pretty sure the tag trolling existed before you started. They were enjoyable while they lasted though. Until some people got all butthurt that is. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  6. Actually you can approach from the air but you need something like a bubble or a laser fish to pave the way. Once you have pressure on it's alot easier because defensively Venom is really bad. When I play against NAGAI he likes to move around the screen, throwing out projectiles and look for the knockdown so that he can go into pressure tactics. I find that once Venom gets in the corner it's hard to get out, but the same is with Dizzy. But with Dizzy's pressure it's more lax because of the fish, spear and bubble bridging the gap inbetween pressure strings while Venom has to be very precise in his pressure. For both players, once you're on offence you have to stay on in order to tip the scales in your favor. Also just a note: When Venom does 2D, after the first hit he can opt to wait for the 2nd hit but he also still has the option of cancelling into a teleport or into something else. I'd recconmend FDing before that so that the 2D whiffs entirely. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  7. Pretty sure he was named after Freddy Mercury there top gun. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  8. Buy the game then. It's 200$ + 60$ for the system. Chump change. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  9. No blacksnake up in this shit? or Venom for that matter? :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  10. Thanks for all the info. I'll keep it in mind next time I play. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  11. Interesting but at this point not very useful since most of the balls fly backward. Now if someone could find away to make most of the balls fly towards the corner then that'd be insane. Initial setup is nice, simple and elegant though. The ball that flies forward will keep the opponent blocking while giving time to summon the others. Will probably have to look into this. Does anyone have the link to N.O.'s blog? I'd like to read more and what his response is to that. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  12. You can only wake up super if Venom runs up after knockdown and does it. If it's 2D>Dark Angel, it's slim that you can pull it off. Even then he'll already have recovered from the animation to block. Difficult part for Johnny is to actually get in when Venom's zoning. If he's all the way on the other side of the screen, then it's really difficult cause of all the angles he can shoot them as well as baiting for a 6P/6HS. I can't think of any way unless Venom guesses wrong because 2HS and j.D can effectively keep johnny out of the air. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  13. Yeah, Soulja Boy tell em. He's definitely the realist GG player alive. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  14. SEIG HEIL Chimaki. Not as great as Mudkip. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  15. Cause you're in Canada. I went to my EB games and they said the 10th. Not that it really mattered cause I'm not gonna shell out 65$ on this game. Games like Ninja Gaiden yes, but not this. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  16. Man the price is 65$ in Canada. Don't know if that's including taxes but that's steep for a GG game. Sorry, not weaboo enough to get this game. IM@S yes, but not enough to pay 65$ for this. Will wait for the bargain bin. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  17. As long as they never catch bigoooooh I'm happy. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  18. Wow Dist the mothafucken Reaper!?!?! My interest in this game has increased over exponential 9000. However it's 1 exponential 9000. It's just funny though considering the roles Liam O'Brien has done. Ky is now the equivalent of Matt Damon to me. Game still needs more JYB to make is awesome but still has other quality VAs like Jamieson Price and McConnohie. Blade, 360s are 200$ for an arcade version. There's no excuse. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  19. Sam Riegel as Ky? Oh shit son. Needs more JYB though. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  20. I'd have mudkips if I could. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  21. You clearly misunderstood since my post in regards to Sega was towards Cabinet Smasher. Sega may be backing up Arcsys but that doesn't mean they really give a shit about them and they're busy with their own projects. So what I'm saying is that Arcsys may have a booth at TGS but they're funding it by themselves most likely since Sega has bigger fish to fry. Got me son? :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  22. Even if SEGA is backing them up, SEGA has alot of other worthwhile games on their plate right now, to be bothered to fund GG2. Games like Bayonetta, Madworld, Valkyria Chronicles and even Sonic all warrant more attention than GG2. True that they probably haven't made any money off of GG2, but it's very unlikely that they will start to turn a profit since the franchise is a niche one to begin with. Sales have been abysmal on a system that only recently only been seeing surges in sales due to big titles like Tales of Vesperia and Infinite Undiscovery, both of which are different genre than GG2. Companies do try to recoup loses, but they don't go about it by pushing a dead on arrival title. Arcsys isn't a big enough player to keep doing things at a loss like Sony or Microsoft. :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
  23. But as a business you have to see whether that investment is worthwhile or not. I don't know. I'm not Arcsys and I don't know how their financial strategists are doing things, but it just seems to be a not worthwhile investment. They're a company that caters to a very niche crowd and they don't make that much money in the first place so I'm just worried that they're going to make some bad choices and go under. If companies like Tecmo and Koei have to merge for the reason of "surviving" then what chance does a small time player like Arcsys have? :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:
