Theres a thread for story stuff in the BlazBlue general section, Apparently you have to loose every fight and get every game over screen... thats annoying. Either way i cant confirm if thats true. Though i am stuck with you at 86% for now

I got this by going into VS mode offline with two Rachels, Using the 2p's Drive to suppliment my airtime, Careful hands and it works well. Unconfirmed but 7 / 9 drives migh thave more airtime than strait up 8's
