Top 20 Gayesy game characters, it's all lolz BTW to add on to 722's escape corner pressure points I'd like to add. 1)It's risky but very rewarding especially if you know their strings. 3P the hell out of a low. Not many players use this move anymore but I sure as hell do. It has a great damage reward plus knockdown capability plus mix-up plus your out of the corner. 2)Risky just as well but FD to create distance then Running Starship. 3)Use starship FRC to whiff a stun-edge corner lockdown. Then 2D~FRC~B&B combo video style. 4) IB throw. 5) Know moves you can jump out of. ex: Testy's 2HS, if he pressures it you can jump and avoid it. etc. 6) RTSD =]

You can CH 6S the hell out of Venom all day, and thanks a lot for putting the combo vids up for me. Does anyone know where to find a Buri for M.U.G.E.N.? Yeah, I know I'm kinda late but we're all having fun with it =]

The trick is to do 2146+K~HSB. The HSB has to be immediatley following the roll. The same button timing as... Kazuya's Demon Flip. I wish there was another game I could reference than Tekken but "roll-on's" seem to not be used in other games. Shazay: The vids you have. Are they just the same ones that have been collected through "XX/ Vid Posting Thread" over this past year or is there say Evo/Other stuff I haven't seen? Actually I need another hard copy of sunrise and the will. Does anybody have them? The links on the UB thread are now down...I probably should update that.

Would you mind explaining those a little deeper for me. Specifially after his 236K, K, RC, 7set was he backdashing j.D, late forward dashing into them ( but cross over) j.k. What about the HSS_9~RogerGet~FRC stuff. Was that for a poke or after knockdown or what?

I always IAD in with j.K~j.P~j.K~j.S for a couple reasons. 1) The whole thing is burst safe. 2) It's more damaging than j.K~j.S~j.2S 3) I found it the easiest gatlin to mindlessly do and not worry about eyeballing the timing for the the landing j.S If you are having trouble with hitting a while landing combo off of j.S or j.2S try a HS. Corner: HSS_4~stall for a moment~IAD~Any bullshit Gatlin into j.S(Even at the peak of your IAD)~HS~land c.S(1)~KSMH~mix-up *From a corner Roger Rush mix-up, I jump in LowAD~j.K~j.P~j.2S~land c.S(1)~KSMH~mix-up *I Never just jump in with a j.S or j.2S unless it's un UB.

From KSMH~P to corner knockdown 2) 6+K technique Rarely but I Usually FRC then meaty 5K~6K 4)j.2S technique When I have no tension and I know their scared and going to block 5)air throw technique About 50% of the time I end a B&B 6) MAMKM technique Every single time I ever hit a MAMKM 7) KSMH~K technique Any and every single time I have tension From KSMH~P to mid-screen knockdown 3) CH 6S technique Every CH 6S I land 5) j.2S technique If I have no tension and end a KSMH~P combo I do this about 50% of the time 6) KSMH~K technique Every single time I end a KSMH combo with tension Even if their not solid I try and mix up my overhead and UB game as much as I can. I even do IAD j.D cross-up after a mid-screen KSMH~P just so I don't ever put myself in a set way of things and weave certain mix-ups out of my game.

You are correct. In corner this Unblockable is even more impractical than it is mid-screen. I only posted this Unblockable mid-screen for the precise reason your questioning. As far as what I'm hitting c.S(2) off of it a meaty 5K to stuff jumps and backdashes. There are many quirky ways to avoid the UB and yes backdashing is another one... Especially Pot/KY etc. As far as the 2D~Tragedy approach I almost always get the CPU to tech so I didn't mess with it. I"ll mess with 2D~632146+S next though.

PRIMARILY yes But it gives you frame advantage on every HSS_ ...except HSS_8? Maybe...I'll try it out later, because quite frankely I use a standing HSS_8 as much as I use a Respect.

I've recently discovered a quirky link, that does hit standing and crouching characters. I've yet to hit standing venom though. CH 6K-2K It's highly impractical but Combo Video / brag worthy. So far I've got 81 damage mid-screen CH 6K-2K~f.S~2D 132 damage corner HSS_4, CH 6K-2K~f.S~HS-66-c.S(1)~6P~c.S(1)~KSMH~P

It was English. I swear it could have been straight out of Shaft, Jackie Brown, Undercover Brother, or any Quentin Tarantino film. A friend and I were just laughing at how "pimp" the song was and how fitting it was for Johnny's character. As far as specific set-ups , it was just your run if the mill Johnny vid. Couple one hits, but mostly coin loop B&B's. Wish I coud remember more.

The Mid-screen KSMH technique was originally called the A.B.A. technique. Yes you are correct, it works no matter where on the screen you are, there's just dif actions taken to make the Unblockable hit, Jump install etc. The Roger Rush corner 50/50, I am usually just using 2D instead of 2K cause 2K scales SO BAD, Nothing like Millia's 2S :sad:. I'll mess around with the Failure During Maintenance knockdown as well. Frankley, I forgot it knockdown with the right set-up. Thanks. EDIT I cut this cause I'd rather not talk about ho to escape Buri Unblockables. There are a couple quirky ways that will work and shouldn't -_-. Besides having a Buri player in your circle of casual friends is a rare chance, so why should everybody know if they don't fight one regularly. I'll leave it up to whoever I play to figure the escapes out for themselves. The vids are link'd by their name.

Updated Header DAA technique Updated Header KSMH~K technique KSMH technique is VERY useful. Especially after I land a HS call back combo into c.S(1)~6P~c.S(1)~KSMH~K~RC~Unblockable for 130 points damage. It is a lot bigger payoff than only 60ish more damage for c.S(1)~6P~c.S(1)~2D~KSMH~RC~6S~B&B. I basically only use the 2D~KSMH~RC now after a Roger Rush corner pressure jumping 50/50. Only for big damage payoff as opposed to a 2K combo. Other than that I RARELY ever end a gatlin in a 2D~RC~B&B.

Updated the Header with CH 6S pt. 2 Updated the Header with ABA technique discussion. 722: I finally got your CH 6S technique to work, after learning the timing the hard way. You have to HSS~6 and AD way later than you think you do. Anywho it's the same trick as the Pseudo and they have to eat meaty first hit of RogerGet on wake up. I was initially screwing up your technique and found out something very interesting.:wtf:Aerial RogerGet FRC stops your vector direction and forces you to fall immediately:wtf: Which led me to another Unblockable set-up. That's the first time I noticed it and was just bringing it up for specualtion.

I'll update the Header again. Nice use for the CH 6S Initially I tried to use this but just like the MAMKM technique the timing is so subjective on spacing and the situation etc. Though a very useful addition for a Testy tree punish or any other CH 6S that you can guarantee you know the spacing because of pressure. So now I just puss out and do CH 6S~IAD~j.P~j.2S~Starship, land, 6P tech bait etc. I usually don't land much CH 6S as a far poke cause I generally fight May (hoop set clash,6P wins, 5HS wins), Pot(Slide Head clash,Hammerfall wins,2D wins,5HS wins), Hos( 2S ducks, Gunblaze wins, etc). AlthoughI do fight a Venom and a Dizzy occasionally so this can work wonders on them if I counter hit Pressure like Testy, thanks.

Updated Header. And on a side note Has anyone else really looked at Tragedy During Maintenance? It has frames of Roger in the explosion. One crying, one with an eye patch, and even one in Sol's outfit because the flames lol. There's also, in the early frames, an orange huge picture of Rogers face, very interesting. Couple more, Eddie's air-throw. He turns into a bug and then come out of you very Q-Bee like. Lastly Eddie's j.D he rips his face open from his mouth to reveal his skull, kinda cool.

We said the same thing =] Lol, yours was just a lot simpler to understand. I not only explained the situation of Buri being thrown but explained how Buri can safely do a j.D and have pressure options after and not be held. Then I went off on a tangent I felt like sharing with the hold bait from an ascending cross-up j.D. I'll try and make things clearer but still technical in the future. Correct. I have only used this against the players I play with frequently, never in a tourney.
