SHOUTOUTS! Milln - Of course, another awesome job running the tournies. Everyone had plenty of time for casuals afterwards, which was great. And like Chandler mentioned, it was really cool of you to buy all of those extra tvs for our scene. I had fun helping with brackets too. Like I said, I wasn't trying to take over; I just recorded match results whenever you were playing. Again, if you need any help running brackets at MWC, I'll back you up. Chandler - Thanks for hangin out and eating lunch with me. Sorry if I didn't talk much though, I was just really hungry. I already told you how I felt about you mowing down everyone and instantly getting a guaranteed 2nd. While your offense was shaky, your defense was impressive (excluding breaking grabs... lol). And yeah, we still never played each other in any game yesterday. I blame Naimat, since we played about 50 matches after the mvc3 tournament. Naimat/Saltmaster - GGs in Blazblue and Marvel. I was actually worried in our BB matches when you instantly won the first match, but then I remembered that Tager doesn't have to take that counter nonsense. 360's all day. Your salt in Marvel is hilarious to me, mainly because your complaints are true. Midnight - Sigh... Litchi really frustrated me in our tourney matches. You played conservatively, which makes it that much harder for Tager to do anything. GGs as always. Doro - We got to play some Marvel in the tournament, and I watched a lot of your matches. That Viper was sick. Maybe we can get some casuals in next time... if Naimat doesn't hog me. LSS - How is it that we are ALWAYS matched up in the brackets? The Mu almost threw me off, but I have tons of Mu matchup experience thanks to some XBL people I play. GGs. Snipingsnipe & company - I feel like I never have time to talk to or play any of you guys. Thanks for coming up again. Maybe next time we can get some matches in. Billy - No money? Spending dough on prositutes still? I figured you'd like the cheap, gross ones. I'm not trying to be one of "those" people, but I saw that trailer a month ago. I'm surprised none of you have seen it before. Although, I only saw it because the big anime-heads over on the netplay topic brought it up randomly.

For some people, it's much more hassle than simply getting a new credit card. Credit checks have to be run, forms to fill out and phone calls to banks, and pay the fees associated with these. So people are getting their identity stolen AND having to pay fees to check up and fix these things. That's definitely not right at all, as people are paying out-of-pocket to remedy Sony's royal screw up. You better believe if my identity was stolen because of (insert any company's name here), I would hire a lawyer and sue. It's their responsibility to protect your personal information. Anyway... TWO MORE DAYS 'TIL TOURNEY TIME!!!

Richard's post from SRK: Reposting this from one of my local haunts: There has been a security breach of Sony's security for the PlayStation Network, resulting in a compromise of information. This may include: Your name Your address (city, state, and zip) Country E-mail address Birthday PSN password and login name Your credit card information (potentially) Summary: 1: PSN Servers were hacked between April 17th and April 19th. 2: Some or all of PSN users have had their information compromised. This includes username, birthdate, real name, address information, and more than likely, but not yet confirmed, credit card information aside from CV security codes. 3: Any passwords you share with your PSN account should be changed. If you share the same password for your PSN registered email account with the actual email account, change your email password immediately. Also change security questions and answers. This should include all social networking sites. 4: As a precaution, you may want to cancel your credit card/bank card and order a new one. 4.5: If you are not going to cancel your card, review your bank statement or credit card statement for the next 2 years very closely or until the card expires and you are issued a new card with a new expiration date. 5: If you do not remember which credit card / bank card you used, go into your email account and review any purchases which added funds to your wallet on PSN. On that email you will notice the first 4, and last 4, digits of the credit card / bank card number you used. 6: If you play MMORPG's and used the same password as your PSN password to log in, regardless if your username is the same as your account login name for that MMORPG, change the appropriate password in said MMORPG and change security questions. You may want to change the passwords of any accounts with the same log-in name (including ones here), as well as look into taking care of your card. The leak of credit card information has at this time not been confirmed but Sony admits there is a possibility.

I just watched Osuna matches. I always thought he was one of those "all training mode and frame data, no actual play" players. The videos proved me wrong. lol Great stuff Osuna!

That's why I mentioned ringouts. Some see it as cheap, while others (like myself) see that it adds another aspect to strategy.

Naimat, have you ever tried Soul Calibur 4? It's a 3d fighter, but it has ringouts.

Yeah, just keep it in the back of your mind for a little while. MK9 might pick up a lot faster. I'll probably give it a try after this semester is over. I'm just too busy right now to pick up new games.

You just described nearly every fighting game out there. At least it has oki, unlike weeaboo hearts. Tekken looks more fun to me than SF. I played SF for about half a year, and when it devolved into pokes for 30 seconds, I couldn't handle it. It was far too boring. EDIT And yes, I know Tekken has footsies, but it looks more fun than SF footsies. I'll probably pick it up when that crazy new Tekken comes out. Then I'll move on to SC5 when it comes out and dominate with Astaroth.
