Well I'm using no limit winmugen - ver. 20.10.2007 & I know it's not the right Jin, he shoots out lightning instead of ice. Also if they aren't working, did you check the names of the def files to make sure I didn't screw up anywhere? Because I did rename them when I got the characters.

I've included Hakumen this time. & Blade, I know what you mean, but most likely your not going to find good BB characters for a very, very, very long time. (Probably not for another 2 years yet.) MUGEN characters take a ton of time & devotion to complete & most people don't have either. Plus a lot of people JUST expect for someone else to create it & put it out. Because people are lazy. You know, until someone actually comes by & says "Huh, no ones creating this character. Maybe I'll give it a shot." & creates something. But really a lot of people don't have much of a drive to find or gather up a bunch of people & create one either because, well.....BB is right there. I mean I usually put characters in my MUGEN who either aren't in any fighting game or are from a rare one, one I couldn't find by normal means or would have to spend a shit load of money on to get it. I bet there a lot of other people besides me who think this way. But most people have a 360, or PS3 so they would probably just buy the game instead of help working on a character for MUGEN because once again people are lazy. I don't blame them entirely though, I love MUGEN with a passion, I've loved it for the past 3 years now, but it can get very irritating, annoying, frustrating, & most things in MUGEN are trial & error & that eats away at you a lot after a while, but really what I'm getting at by typing this whole !@#$% paragraph is that MUGEN is a pain in the ass.

Even though I'm a MUGENITE my self, I do strongly agree with the point your making, of how a lot or most MUGEN characters are unbalanced, or something else of the sort. Either the character has ridiculous amount of HP, etc. or their AI is either shit or set so high that you can't even hope to win, or counter attack for that matter. I mean I have the whole GUILTY GEAR cast for MUGEN, including Judgement from GUILTY GEAR: JUDGEMENT & their all ridiculous. They have such high AI that it's just....., well lets just say I have to either play in team battle or be pressing the F1 key a lot. But I guess it's my fault though, I got them all from the same Japanese creator, in fact almost all my characters are made by Japanese creators, & while Japanese creators make some of the best detailed, high-quality MUGEN characters you could think off, their AI is usually ridiculous. And unlike HP & Strength, which I could rebalance if I want to, I don't know two shits about AI, so until I learn it I'm screwed. Oh yeah, Dragonslayer9, if your really having trouble finding MUGEN characters, then send me an email or something, I could probably find what your looking for. You know, unless you could deal with extreme AI.

True, should definitely be grateful for that at least. I should defintely try Saber Vs. Ragna or Zero Vs. Ragna or Lion Vs. Ragna. I always wanted to try those match-ups, guess I try it after I'm done uploading my 250+ characters to esnips, finally decided to share my collection. Damn is it hard anymore to find good, balanced, or even functional anime characters anymore! Most are either not detailed enough or are just complete crap.....

Same, I'd like them better if they where more accurate as well, I tried all the current BlazMUGEN characters the other day, liked them since they where for MUGEN, but that was really it. I think I'll stick with my GG MUGEN characters for now. Still these are a nice edition to my roster after all.

Ah, loved mugen! I was actually an quite the advanced mugen creator for about two years, but then I quit because of an issue I had with the admin of a site after posting my Guilty Gear mugen. It was a high quality mugen also! Nice high res chars, stages & good quality mp3's. I still have the links for the characters I used bookmarked! Here's the links if anyone wants them: http://drinvincible.hp.infoseek.co.jp/ I also had a link to a kick ass screenpack that I had integrated into the mugen, I'll find the link once I have time. But if anyone on this site would like chars, screenpacks, even mp3's or game soundtracks, I would be happy to give you some! Even if you would like to develope your own mugen, I would love to get back into my "mugen years". Oh yeah, if anyone has links to BB chars then I would like to have them, not to use them as fully working of course, but just to test them out since a lot of people make claims of fully working chars because as a creator I find this very unlikely or else the characters are low-res crap. Not that it's the engine's fault either, there is a limit to what mugen can handle. I might play around with the BB chars a little in Fighter Factory though.

I know this is a very general tip & everyone may not have the time to do such a thing but, it might be very beneficial to find some local players in your area. I mean talking with a mic. online is great & everything, but I think it's a lot easier when there is someone actually there to "coach" you so to speak. That's what I did after having the game for like a week & not getting any better. Plus you never know, those strange people you thought it would be a one time thing might just turn out to be some very good friends for you. It's not that hard to find people to play with either, but that's just my opinion since I'm still in high school, where it's extremely easy to make friends & meet people. So after all the trouble I went through finding people & such, I now have 5 close friends I play BB with & now where all eagerly awaiting the U.S. release of CS. Also I like playing local better because I don't feel inferior like I do online or have "I'm gonna get raped!" or "Shit!, not the Ice Car!!!!!" in the back of my head & also you always will have someone there to be the snack bitch while everybody else can keep playing.

Yep, most of my friends do suck, up the ass!! I still use Haku on a regular basis, of course. But really it doesn't matter who I play as, I always end up killing them anyway. I had ONE really, really good skilled friend of mine who always rachel rapped me, but he got a bonner for Call of Duty, so.....

I to have actually been experiencing quite a bit of slow down with JUST this site lately, I checked everything on my end & everything is green across the board.

thanks smooshman for the help, I'll figure it out. (PS: Yes, I did finish Algebra. I just finished Algebra II this year, going onto Geometry next, yeah I was stuck in Pre-Al for a year, to much time with GG & FFX & not enough time with the books.)
