Cosplay is often awful, but that Rachel is perfect. The girl has the right build for her to begin with, so the costume just works out really well. The problem with cosplay is people tend to try to do characters they don't have the body type (typically, they are too heavy for the character)

My problem with noels is their drive chains, I can usually barrier it and high-low block the whole thing, but that drains almost my entire barrier. I just don't have the timing to perfect guard anything, it's a huge risk if I miss it. Usually if I can get the flow of the battle going early, I'm fine, but when they start pressuring me with drive chains, it just blows away my barrier and guard too fast. Are there frames in her chain that it's safe to try to back out of? Even a 4D~C or something?

I find anytime I try to drive out of the gravity well, the Nu is expecting it and starts their air-drive juggle. It takes a couple drives to clear it, and they usually start the sword assault as soon as I run into it. Maybe I'm just having poor luck getting out? I've been trying 2d~c to j.d to get out usually when I don't just block, as they almost always try the 5D sword first.

I find against her gravity well, if you get caught in one, just go defensive/be ready with a barrier til it wears off. Do not try to D out of it, you'll just float yourself and make yourself an easy target for her drive, you won't make it out of the well. It's nasty for a tao player to get caught in it, as it lets her establish her range, but for some reason players online seem to almost never use it, so you should be safe.
