  1. I really wish I knew how many loketests they were gonna do, I might just stick with GG for now until Platinum DLC comes out...if it ever comes out for CS1 that is.
  2. I dunno, I've played some fierce Rachels in CS with good techniques and combos, and I was Ragna. And then there's Dahlia...
  3. Explain this to TofuSlain, I don't think this will affect his/her game any. @Zong_one: It's your fault for talking about Dust, I just brought up what came to mind! Moves that float on hit/counterhit aren't obligated to have a homing jump followup...but it sure feels like a waste of a good combo to me when they don't.
  4. OH I SEE. YOU WERE TRYING TO TRAP ME. THEY'RE ALL TRYING TO TRAP ME. :arg: *is getting paranoid*

  5. Also, you misunderstood what I said (what else is new?) "A Box of Crackerjacks" was relating to my monitor...not ME. O.o;;;; You suck at free-association metaphors.

  6. Fixed, and thanks. Though yeah, I miss Dust too. Also Odd Idea =/= Trolling :8/:
  7. Nah, I'm cool. Can't a guy have a sense of humor? Man I wish I could tinker with BlazBlue's Debug. D:

  8. Do you know what Dust is? Do you know what happens to people when they get dusted??? Spinning diagonal knockback in Guilty Gear, you follow it up with Homing Super Jump for a big fancy air combo that can be abused with things like Impossible Dust. Jin's B Fubuki does the same thing, only you can't homing jump with it, lol
  9. Jin's Fubuki, Noel's 6A, Haku-men's j.C, Arakune's 2C, Lambda's 2DD, Litchi's 6C[m] (with pole), Tao's 9D, ummmmm......I forget what all else...
  10. CRACKERJACKS AREN'T CEREAL. GET YOUR METAPHORS STRAIGHT. :E

  11. It's like a Box of Crackerjacks, the Troll is the cheap-ass plastic prize at the bottom. As for trolling, let's put it this way: "Just when I think I'm out, THEY KEEP PULLING ME BACK IN!" --Michael Corleone, The Godfather Part III.

  12. Does this work with A.B.A.'s "Danzai"?
  13. Eh?????? THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH MY MONITOR! :v: Well, I have to bang it a few times to knock the trolls out, once in a while but other than that...

  14. Wow, lots of insults that prove how immature and ignorant you are and how far out from left field this came. I wasn't even talking to you, I wasn't even talking ABOUT you, and frankly I'm not aligning myself with anyone here. I just sympathize with all the abuse Shinkaida gets around here from egotistical punks like you who think they know everything there is to know about fighting games and flaunt it in people's faces. I try to learn and expound upon the stuff I know and learn as I go, it's a learning process. If I'm wrong I stand corrected, I don't complain about it and troll people like you seem to think, if I did I would've been banned by mods for flaming a long time ago. If you have any doubts, ask friends I've already played online. Nobody is perfect. Going around smearing someone's rep is something a little kid would do (I've never done that). I'm not trying to argue with anyone here, I'm just trying to put a stop to the idiocy. Take care and have a nice day.

  15. There are quite a few things I hated about MK, MKII, and UMK3 particularly: --When a single jab or two helps extend a ridiculous corner combo WITHOUT prorating. --Most j.Ks caused knockdown on hit... --Universal Blocking --A useless Run Button that didn't even act like a proper Dash Cancel --Dial-A-Combos that only happened when you do jump-in Jab Punches or got lucky with rushdown aka being right next to them in order to do the combo properly. --Scrubby Uppercut/Roundhouse spam (1-hit wonders) aka anything that does knockdown in 1 hit and comes out fast (this goes double for later MKs). --Throw hitboxes that throw you when you're not even near the character or off the ground. --Projectiles being near useless on block. About the only thing I liked about MK was the rule that applied to Sub-Zero that SHOULD apply to Jin: Double-Freeze BACKFIRE.
  16. Meh, most people hate on me cuz I think like a developer, not a gamer.

  17. Hsien-Ko is a Chinese Reanimated Corpse-Ghost/Stalker-hunter, also called LeiLei. The protective charm on her face is her twin sister.
  18. Who said you were my sockpuppet anyway? If it was Cake, just ignore him, he's a troll to anything that posts.

  19. Let's see here...combos next to nill mid-screen, counter-assault and other defensive options being nerfed, corner damage more heavily relied on... Please Arc...don't pull a Mortal Kombat on us, pretty please?
  20. I'm a scary freaking prophet. :china: Even if Proration won't help corner situations, they might just nerf them anyway if it comes to that. Remember how messed up Tager's hitbox was in CT in and out of corners? They might do something similar...but who knows. I sure don't. ...OR DO I?
  21. Okay guys, it's been bugging me for a long time now since I don't have a physical copy of GG2 Overture. I'm wondering, for those of you who have XBox 360 and DLC and such for this game, is it possible AT ALL for someone to rip/record the voices/sound test? It's a huge undertaking I know, but I've been thinking of cataloging them for a while now (as you guys know I did a Quote Project for everything up through the first GG till now). If there's no way to directly "extract" the audio, at the very least, if you have some kind of audio hookup device that can be wired into your PC, just play and record each character's voice tests (including Servants and Ravens, both English and Japanese). If you're lazy, just record each character individually on one long audio track per character, per language, I'll sort out the rest with an audio editor. I'd really appreciate this request. Thanks.
  22. Smaller screensize? What about 1080p? ;_; lol/jk.
  23. Oh goddammit...where's LaCrosse again?
  24. This is Henaki we're talking about, he wants to turn Tager into Potemkin #2, hell, he wants another Guilty Gear out of BlazBlue amirite?
  25. I wrote a thread describing the differences between Jin and Ky, but to sum up: Jin's about Counters and finding gaps between pressure to create pressure of his own or resetting pressure with his DPs, while his air pressure is next to nil (although he can zone very well and has pseudo-oki). He's basically the anti-Ragna (rushdown). Ky's about Projectile and Aerial Pressure, zoning (this, before Nu-13 was invented), and he has a few surprise (albeit sometimes slow) overheads and crossup methods. He's like Ryu (Sol's closer to Ken). I honestly think Ky would win the projectile war, but Jin could win the close-range pressure war if the two went up against eachother. Compare matchups JinVSNu/JinVSLambda or KyVSJohnny/KyVSVenom/KyVSMillia.
