I see no problem with using it if you absolutely know or is able to confirm the FC.

j.b, once you understand how it works, is the easiest thing to do with Arakune, literally anyone can do it. You jump: Hold 7, 8 or 9. Throw in an optional double jump: Hold 7, 8 or 9 while airborne. You air dash: Tap 66 while airborne. You go in with j.b: Hold 4 and press b while airborne. You officially know how to j.b with Arakune.
