  2. SO after a bit of research, 5c FC goes into 100% again. As I theorized, 5c FC > 5d connects, from all ranges (max range/height mean you have to delay the 5d, but it still works). Now when it hits, it hits high so you need to super jump j.a > j.b (2 hits) > *j.c > dive*. *Here is where it gets tricky, it slightly character specific from here, using the j.c trajectory change, you can maneuver Arakune to land a dive correctly. For Ragna, I used jc > j.3b For Jin/Rachel/Carl/Noel, I used j4c > j.2a From there, you dive cancel 5d > sj.a > j.b (2 hits) > j.c > j.d I didn't test on all characters, just the iffy ones that it DCing is normally hard to do. It's a little exciting.

  7. CSE Arakune feels a lot like CS2 Arakune, but smoother, like, a lot smoother. A few things to note. 6a 100% curse set up is easier to pull off, the faster jump makes it less stiff. Oh yeah, jump feels faster. 2c > 6d is awesome. 6b > 6d works. Curse combos are the exact same. 5c takes a load of time to get used to due to the vacuum effect. j.c trajectory change could possibly make dive cancels universal. He has real mix up pre-curse. He feels a lot stronger.

  9. 236236c after a throw is viable. Most normal follow ups is 5d > stuff, if the hit count exeeds 30 though, there is nothing more you can do after 5d.
  10. Nah, your execution is good enough, just a little more polish to make it solid. Your problems are confirms and adaptation. You have issues confirming attacks on CH or crouch and you lack variety during pressure and dealing with pressure. I can't help with confirming, but for pressure, just watch Bang Bogard.

  14. Good points: You blocked overheads, a good pointer. Things that need polishing: Your confirms are not really there, you landed hits under wrong conditions and tried to confirm them like the conditions were correct (for example: you did 5a too far away and went into 6b anyway). Your movement was slow and sloppy, made you very predictable. And speaking of which, you're defense was also predictable, after a blocked dead spike, you jumped and Ragna chased you in the air to resume pressure. This happened at least 7 or 8 times, a few of them in a row. Learn your movement options better, and learn to react to dead spike. You can jump over it and j.b, you can forward dash 5d it, you can 2c it, you have options against dead spike, everybody does, even Tager. Also don't barrier block so much, work on your IBs too.

  17. Hahahaha, my passion for Iori dropped the second I was introduced to the buffering system. My team is Shen, Kensou and Clark. Again, day one. Don't come to me for anything with this game.
  18. j.hp > hp > 6lp-lp > etc j.hp > hp from what I've experienced cannot be buffered, you have to press it on command. hp > 6lp must be buffered, again, from what I've experienced cannot be confirmed. 6lp-lp just won't connect at random. I don't mind one or the other, but both whenever the game wants? It drops/ignores inputs on the fly and don't get me started on how it detects commands. Day one ramblings, but everyone in my scene have played for longer and agree with me. *shrug*
  19. Not to my knowledge. I usually avoid that particular set up or do it a different way for the sake of consistency. My usual tactic is 6a > 214bcd > cross up j.c/j.c/2b/4b
  20. This game has the most back-ass, retardedly fucking inconsistent buffering system I've ever seen in any game ever. Aside from that It's really fun.

  23. Not yet, but you usually get an eye for things like that getting faster. Even the Japanese are speculating that.
  24. I think it's best to wait until CSE, it won't require vast revisions to everyone's characters, maybe except for Tager, plus the information will be fresh instead of almost expired.
  25. I like to think I came a long way from my old self. I got the support of my scene, various people who have grown as a player thanks to my advice and CS1 curse set up tutorial videos, and I kou, who is from Canada, a scene you EC folks respect, have named me his successor. Gotta be legit, right?
