  1. Well, if Tager barriers the groudn pressure, if he wants to keep that momentum, he's going to have to gamble on that rising j.b and badly spaced that can trade with 2c, which we all know what goes into. That's one reason I believe you don't see a lot of: 6a 5a > 2a 2a > 5a used in strings. Barrier blocking compromises the spacing needed for rising j.b to be valid pressure, or anything else really. And since 6a is apparently slower, we need to make people scared to mash out of stuff, and that's why it's used sparingly and with proper conditioning. 2 interesting things about Arakune's 6a is that it's not only air unblockable, but gatlings into his new 6b as well, so that's an option in case Tager wants to jump out/A Sledge/360/720 through anything after 6a. 6a is probably still even on block, and his new 6b is no slower than 8f start up (probably still 6), that's air tight.
  2. That's a good question... I guess barrier right and pixel perfect backdash. The match up looks like GG 5:5 in the regard that whoever gets momentum first wins. Bad Example since Alice was always a B Arakune at best, but sorta like this.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpnYY4tMElo
  3. Your point? Shit happens and things don't go as planned. That's how life works, you know?

  4. Plus he can sit on meter and make you anyone scared to whiff a move.

  11. DJ: Play better Lambdas, a better Lambda would give you less reward for sledging so liberally, work on your execution, block better and be more patient, be normal swords do no chip damage. Zhe: Play better Litchis, work on your hit confirm and execution.
  12. You guys are trolling. VC is 214D.
  13. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwBsdBCQd_I#t=5m52s How does Tager vs Ragna look right now? Kaqn had to try so hard here, I felt sorry for him as a player. Ragna can eat a dick though.
  14. If Tager is being brain dead about 5D there are things you can do against him. If you're close to him, do 5b, you'll hit him preemptively, go into 5d for meter, if it's full screen, hit him with 2c, FC curse combo. You can also get a well timed j.6d in, but that's more of a yomi thing, j.d is so damn slow. If you're too scared to press anything, IB the 5D and punish with 5a > 6b.

  16. It's not correct, most pressure is done with a and b bugs, I doubt just the B bug will ever be used.
  17. Can I get some link's to Hima's Valkenhayn, I also play Arakune and Hima was a great show of reference.
  18. I noticed in BBCSII vids that Valk's 6C has more untech time on normal hit. Is anyone here compiling a list of changes?
  19. Good Ragnas will not just do a naked Berial edge, Arakune can 5C that on reaction, which goes into 100% curse, not to mention that BE is easy to IB and punish, which is more curse meter. If you air IB Berial Edge, there is nothing Ragna can do about your punish.
  20. + Arakune's 6a is air unblockable.
  21. What's with all the hype?
  22. Saved. What month was it released?
