  1. 214DC can be 2D'd by Arakune to neutralize it. Arakune can hit Lambda out of her Zwei Cavalier in any block string, he has no reason to jump, if your eyes and reaction time is legit, then Lambda is bringing herself to you for free. Zwei Blade is the issue, it's hard to punish in a block string, and just flat out unpunishable on block for Arakune (Maybe 6C can stuff it, since it's a low, need to test). Arakune is one of the few character who cannot be guard crushed by Lambda so easily. That match up is indeed hard, but not for the reasons you listed. No smart Lambda will throw out parsers like that.
  2. If the combo counter turns blue, it's not a real combo. 5D > j.d will never combo unless 5d is on CH. Check the combo discussion on actual curse loops.
  3. Yo, how are you getting to casuals?

  4. What's good 0?
  5. That's misguided. I'd prefer them fullscreen, gives me space to zone, especially vs Bang. Your gimmick leaves holes for reversals, I'll take the guaranteed combo over gimmick canyon.
  6. Wouldn't the 70% be better though? It's not gimmicky, works anywhere and....is not gimmicky.
  7. It is, or at least I knew. Can't wait to see the smiley.
  8. "Get better at the game" would be my advice.
  9. Yup, discuss.
  10. It's not "bad" if people fall for it.
  11. Lack a reversal, low health and primers.
  12. Stay awesome HM. I'd love a GG tutorial.
  13. 5D > j.d will never combo on normal hit. It's never "safe" to use 6a, you have to condition your opponent into blocking, so you won't get hit out of it. The dive curse loop is not optimal, focus on continuing the spin loop, it's done no differently in the corner. As for mix ups, go to the video thread and look up the tutorials listed, from there practice and work on new mix ups.
  14. Lambda is so free in this match up, tager just needs to be patient swords dont do chip damage he just need to Ib everything and sledge/5a through the holes. 9-1 tagers favor
  15. Just need one for Tsubaki now.
  16. I understand that you don't agree with me, but where the hell did you get the idea that I thought it was in his favor? If Mu's zoning was air tight, Arakune would have no way to get in, making the match up in the league of Nu, which is not even/slight disadvantage.
  17. I was rooting for the Arakunes all the way, I'm happy they got top 4/8.
  18. 6C, 236C, j.214B And I hope so. Valkenhayn is a werewolf. Werewolves kill vampires. I cannot answer any other question.
  19. No, he cannot block at all.
  20. When he's hit he automatically reverts back to human form. No, he moves normally for the most part, he uses Quick Wolf (c[w]) to dash around the place.
  21. Taken from the ValkvTsubaki vid. 2a > 2a > 5B > 632146D = 2.7k Taken from the trailer. 5B > 5C > 632146D = 3.6k 2C > 6B (2 hits) > 5C > 236CD > 9C[w] > j.aaa > j236a[w] > j236b[w] > j214A/B = 4.4k All midscreen, to break the ice.
  22. Ragna, Bang, Jin, Tager, conventional combo characters in general.
  23. He still plays BB, he qualified for SBO with Arakune. I'll need to mosey over to the Order Sol boards and look up 0, he sounds hype.
  24. When it comes to BB and GG, why not both? It's certainly not outrageous, hell the Jp player that made me want to get competitive with GG plays both, I assume you know of Inoue. In my opinion the best Order Sol as of recent and he qualified for GG and BB sections of SBO, and he did BB with Arakune. Guy's like my hero.
  25. I'll still be around then.
