Dabbit is a great guy and his precurse fundamentals are better than most, but his execution needs much work. Also worth noting that 3c can be the result of a mis-inputted super or a janky 2c attempt. In other words done by accident. In any case, technically not "ever", but rarely enough for you to know that it's practically the most useless move in the game.

On Tager, yes. But it's range specific, and Arakune is a sitting duck on block or whiff, notice no one offline uses that move. Ever.

So, mutliquote still sucks. It still stays checked after it's already been used and you still need to go back and uncheck them after use.

They should make the only useless 3c in the game useful.
