I thought frame trapping was more like ragna does x move which is +y frames on block, and the opponent tries to poke out but is stuffed by ragna's next move because he had the frame advantage :o

You've got to be joking. 3:7?! Sure you might not be able to attack the lasers but it's not the end of the world. You've still got your drive and solid pokes, not to mention a damage advantage. Maybe I don't have a right to an opinion since I haven't personally seem the match-up but... just for perspective's sake 7:3 was nu vs haku in CT :\
