    It's also not a bad idea to surprise the opponent with a an IB on the first hit of their blockstring into a counter. Of course don't abuse it because they can jump to bait you, but at the same time if you predict THAT you might get an airthrow or maybe an air unblockable if they're careless (like hotaru).

    Why must you ask about the two match-ups I have the least experience in Q_Q All I can say is don't get hit by overheads vs noel, and for Rachel try to learn their tendencies; if they use j.2c after a blocked 5b or 3c, etc. And really learn how to get through lobelia field safely, and w/o meter. lots of SJ and carefully placed air dashes :3

    Don't get Hotaru'd! D: I'll be rooting for Carl team this time around, since you're such an agreeable group Might be a moot point or only works on me, but using IAD fast fall on an anti-air happy haku into 2a can help. (when they react to it. At least when I react it a lot of the times i'm too slow... D: ) Oh and another general reminder, really keep your eye on haku's meter. I've faced so many carl's (among other characters) who think that I'm about to kill them when I only have a star of meter or something.
