Yeah, usually it's not really weather related... but the power went out last time too... my other HYPOTHESIS is that when it snows, everyone is staying inside, and all the traffic congestion of all these people going on the internet is getting in my way... It's laggy other times too though... but not this much. I think the ISP just sucks. :P Maybe I should switch to Verizon... Just trying to figure out / navigate their options is impossible though. arjghjshgjgrh RAGE
